Bought 2 budgies here…they are the most stressed birds I’ve ever brought home, the girl pulled one of their feathers out while boxing them (if you know about parakeets you know pulling the wrong feather out can kill them quickly) and was pinching their feet to hold onto them. Not to mention their bird return policy is ridiculously short- 48 hours -when I’ve come to expect 2-4weeks as standard from other pet stores. Overall I just wouldn’t recommend buying a parakeet from here.
Edited to add the budgie they pulled a feather out of died six days later from infection. Very heartbreaking, vet confirmed it most likely did start from the pulled feather.

Just bought a Indian ring neck from them, Keira was a really good worker and helpful she gave us recommendations and everything she was very nice and sweet we need more workers like her.

Walked in here and immediately had to walk out. I can not believe they have animals out on display with open cages for people to play with and touch. The amount of stress these animals are in must be insane. I feel so bad for all of these poor animals that have to deal with all the parents that bring their kids here and use it as a free zoo. This place should be shut down. This establishment is DISGUSTING and anyone who supports this place should be ashamed of themselves.

I was disappointed with my visit here. It was stressful to see so many young kids grabbing at the small animals, who were kept in open boxes with no way to get away. Overall, the animals deserve better care and protection than what I witnessed.

Not yet have I been to this place but it’s nice that they have bunny’s and they are to close to my house because all the other places are over 3 hours+ away

This pet-land GENUINELY has no care for the animals nor their health and it needs to be stopped!!! It’s all about making money for them clearly. My best friends bunny was very well taken care of by her, in a good environment, fed, and shown love by her. Her bunny still passed like this due to the greedy, untruthful workers responsible for this at pet land. Do not buy from here!!
