I can share that this is not a branch to choice to do business with, This is my second time being refused service I had stopped into that branch several times for several different, reasons the first time was their lose as I was intrested in opening a account with a few of my family members, to be refused walk-in service and was told that I needed to make a appointment ( Which I Have managed many companies and I know that you never turn away potential business ) Well I thought to myself I will try again as I was informed by PNC Online Customer Service That I needed to stop into my local branch to handle a few more problems that PNC had created with my account, which was like rewinding time to again be refused service due ( Let me get it right ) 4pm one hour before closing to have not the branch manager but the same teller say " You Can Not Be Seen Today" The banker will be busy until we close . Horrible Customer Service !!! Not any offer of support or any creative way to try to make the customer happy most of the time if someone has problems and they seem upset you should really do your best to figure out what would help the situation, even if you are not sure of the outcome . while long story short, I decided to drive outside my location to the Naperville IL Branch to be warmly greeted and explained that there banker had an appointment coming into the branch at the same time that I was requesting to speak to a banker, But if I did not mind waiting for the banker they would help me together to get my situation handled even if they promised to handle it on my behalf the next business day as they would be closing in less then 15 minutes and they might not be able to speak with anyone from Customer Service ( It was handle with compassion and support) And as they promised the next day it was resolved. Naperville would be my reason of not closing all 6 of my accounts . They get Five Stars !!!

Went in to take money off my work credit card and the atm ate my card and wouldn't give it back. When I went Inside to talk to someone about retrieving it in a timely manner I was confronted with hostility from the work with the pixi cut saying " if the machine eats your card something is wrong with your card " I've had this card for over a year and never had issues. PNC needs to fix their attitude and their ATMs.

With all the banks in the area, why would anyone bank at PNC Bank? The staff is friendly but Management should hang their collective heads in shame. It took me almost 2 hours and 2 visits to renew 2 CD's.and in addition they were misinformed about about an item. Apparently, PNC Bank is moving towards on-line banking. If it is so difficult to renew a cd in person, I hate to think of the nightmare of their on-line banking.system.

I would like to say the staff at this branch provide excellent customer service; Edgar and his girls are the best. I will recommend this bank to everyone in this area. I normally wouldn’t review a bank but the service is outstanding! I really appreciate you all keep up the great work!

The teller I just encounted at the Drive Up was amazing! Friendly and professional and she made me feel welcomed. Other PNC locations should take notes from her. I wish I would have asked her name...she needs a raise! Thank you for making my day!

Not a reflection of this branch in particular, but PNC bank as a whole. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade, since they absorbed my previous bank. When I started my small business, they gave me all the confidence in the world that I would be able to secure a small loan to jumpstart my company, it took them 1 business day to decline my application. I attempted to refinance my vehicle loan that I have with them, and again, “there’s nothing we can do for you at this time.” I’ve got excellent credit and have never missed a payment on my truck, or my credit card. I’ve never even made a minimum payment. This is the definition of a big bank that doesn’t care about its loyal customers. I’ll be moving all my accounts to another bank, likely a smaller local option. Terrible company, terrible business structure.

Will NOT ever go for a loan or anything else. There is no customer service at all at this branch. There is a single person working with appointments. Two tellers and that is it it is a shell of a bank with nobody in it but just three and maybe some times four people. No bank manager nothing. 2 1/2 hours just to sign some papers for a loan. Ridiculous!!

Opened up a new account. Within 24 hours the account was put on hold/suspension without any explanation. It’s been over 3 days and nobody has gave me any answers. Will be closing this account and going somewhere else for my banking needs. Would give Zero stars if I could

Nice bank with a helpful staff. Clean and visible from Weber road. Northbound on Weber entrance so if you are heading South take a left at the light after you pass it and then take a quick left and you can get to it from the back.

This bank is great! They're very patient and talked me through everything I needed to know plus, the staff is extremely friendly and light-hearted! Walk in and just talk to them, if they cannot physically help you with a problem they will gladly give you the closest place that can!

It's sad to know that you use a bank to take care of your funds and money- yet you can't even bring in collected change anymore! How is it that you turn customers away for a service when they choose you over competitors for banking! Sad they can't serve all banking needs!

Always get the ATM receipt with check deposit images for your business accounts, since you won't see the deposit images online. Also, I love the Pneumatic Air Tubes!
