Schedule to have my mom’s POD brought down so my mother can grab some items. Once again CS messed up and did not schedule it. This review is for Jose Wong at the Bolingbrook location who took his time to help gather the correct information to be able to bring the POD down. On site customer service at its BEST!!

My experience with PODS was absolutely excellent from start to finish! The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The delivery and pickup were right on schedule, and the driver handled everything with great care. The storage unit was clean, secure, and perfectly suited for my moving needs.
Customer service was also fantastic — responsive, polite, and always ready to help. PODS made my move so much easier and more convenient than I expected. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving and storage solution.

Moved from MD. Cost to do so is 1/4 that of movers. PODS transferred to IL Cost of storage at their facility is cheaper than brick and mortar storage and prices don’t randomly increase. The price you are quoted when you initially get the pod is the price that the pod remains throughout your usage. But you have to make arrangements to have the Pods brought out to you 72 hours in advance. Hired moving help from uhaul. You have to get good movers or your stuff will be super beat up. I had 4 PODS.

They charged me almost $90 more than the online price that I booked under for my POD. They also were late by a day on delivery due to mechanical issues with their truck and promised a $70 refund credit for the delay. They never issued me any refund. I called several times and emailed to resolve the overcharges and lack of the promised credit to my account and they never followed through, despite being promised a refund on two separate occasions. I then disputed the overcharges with my credit card and they still overcharged me. Will never use them again.

Our 2-day move with 4 large PODs went smoothly thanks to James, our driver. He was professional, personable, and delivered with quality. What truly stood out was his commitment to keeping us updated, even managing a POD delivery that hadn't been scheduled in the system. What could have been a major issue, James expertly helped bring it all together. James is awesome and we highly recommend him!
