I walk into this place on a fluke. And I'm glad I did. The other place I was going did a good job but Pro Nail 1 did an extraordinary job. From the minute I walked in to the moment I walked out, their customer service was top notch. And my nails are beautiful.
Requested style: I wasn't sure how to explain to the tech what I wanted. But she listened to me ramble on. I knew exactly what I was trying to say.

I was only in town for the day and decided to get a pedi. The reviews for pro nails were very good so I showed up, the reviews were not wrong they were kind, caring and professional. I purchased the $60 pedi pkg and Linda did not disappoint, I felt so relaxed I wanted to sleep and had to stop myself from drooling lol.. Pro Nails 1 was it! Check Linda and the rest of the staff out.

I'm a little disappointed got my nails done 3 days ago. I had dip done on my own nails and they didnt last. 3 days later they started to chip off. I didnt do anything different that should have caused them to chip this soon especially for paying $55.00 I would of expected them to last over a week or more :(

I’m a repeat customer for 3 reasons: Care, Quality + Good-hearted people. Kristin is absolutely amazing w/ 15 years experience! Every time I go there, it’s a fun time. She helps me pick colors, sometimes has you try new styles and she remembers who you are when you come back! The whole staff is friendly and helpful! They have even more colors to choose from now and have more trendy nail designs than other places! I’ve brought almost my whole family here, including my 10-yr old niece!
