I give Progressive zero Stars.And I'm extremely disappointed with their service.. I had insurance through them for a few months. And did their snapshot program. Completed it and my bill was supposed to be lowered. But instead they raised it and couldn't tell me why. So I paid my last month and told them ahead of time I was going to go to different company and I did so then they said I owe them money got in touch with them gave them all the information they needed to prove I didn't and they reassured me that the situation was resolved then they decide to send it to collections and my credit score dropped 38 points because of it. I notify them again about it and they said it would be handled and yet it's still not resolved.

The receptionist wasn't knowledgeable about the check issuing procedure, but she finally got it right. My contact person, Ms Angela however is very professional and patient.

I wouldn't trust this company for anything. Horrible service. And absolutely ridiculous that they make you pay for a policy but can't make claims on it.

Progressive issues me a $75.89 payout for a full windshield replacement and damage to the side doors from kids throwing rocks at my truck when I’ve been paying full comprehensive for years with ZERO incidents. I have 4 quotes for ONE of these repairs (windshield) costing $500-$1,300. I will be switching back to country financial this week and I suggest every progressive customer who has been treated this way to check out country financial… they are great! I have no affiliation with them in any way.

This company sucks. God help you if you get hit. If one of their clients let's someone else drive their car and hits you, they don't cover it. Then why have insurance?????

Hard to find the entrance to this location and you have to walk through the mall. Progressive in general is great, just a heads up on this location

Progressive insurance is horrible. By far, worst company I ever had insurance thru. We had an accident with another car and it was not our fault. We called and left voicemails with progressive for over 2 months before we just handled everything (by ourselves). They did absolutely nothing to help or communicate. Soo... We now have State Farm insurance and they are fantastic.
