Make sure if you walk in that you get there a hour or more before they close if you have a walk in…they told me they don’t take walk-ins 30 minutes before they close. Wish they would put it on their website somewhere…but totally understandable.

4:10 pm checked in as walk in with no other patients waiting ! And the Nurse Kim said I can’t take you because she close at 4:20 ! Online closing hours are 4:30 !! That’s bad service specially after I had to drive 25 minutes to reach location.

Terrible service today!!! I was assigned this clinic for a USAA life insurance test. I took comp time from work to make this appointment. I arrived over an hour early I checked in the kiosk, see my name listed on the screen the lobby. I go to my vehicle and returned with 30 mins until my appointment and I wait. As I wait see I'm not getting called ten mins past my appointment. I knock on the door for service or explanation. One of the clinic workers comes out yelling at me, I tell her "ma'am I am not yelling at you you don't need to either" ... finally she asks me what I want, I tell her I'm her for a insurance check up, she then says loudly we don't have any insurance test kits!!!! I tell her So if I didn't knock how would I have known that? She continues to yell at me while she turn around and walk away and continues to yell at from the end of hallway. If you can't work for people or provide customer service what are you doing there. I was not rude, I did knock on the door because I needed assistance and this is how I got treated!!!! Ridiculous. 19 years US Army veteran thank you for your support ma'am. I simply wanted an answer to a question I got yelled at and disrespected.

I Came here on sat with my father. it’s supposed to open at 7:30, the girl didn't come out until 7:32 with a bad attitude, unlocked the door while i was standing by door , didn’t even bother holding the door, just shut the door. I was the first one and she didn't call someone until 7:43, that too it wasn't me, it was the person behind me. people just chitchatting in the back. Even though i checked in at 7:32 and their appointment didn't start until 7:40 so they just kept taking appointments. I asked the girl politely what was going on since they opened at 7:30 and their appointment starts 7:40, i could have been called easily but she started giving me attitude and raised her voice and stated have a good day and that i can leave. I get appointments are first but her attitude was just unacceptable.Wow what a great customer service I received ??I dont know her name but she was a white girl with really bad behavior/attitude

My experience was magnificent. I am not a fan of needles but the phlebotomist Anna cracked a joke dat relaxed me and I didn't feel da poke. The facility was very clean and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend the facility in Bollingbrook. Thanks for making my day Anna ?

One of the worst experiences I have ever experienced. My appointment was for 2:30pm so I got there a little early. Checked in at 2:12pm. Was there for covid symptoms and made the appointment online without any issues. I waited about 10/15 minutes when Ana came out asking if I was there related to COVID. I responded with yes I am and to my surprise Ana told me that I needed to leave there facility because they don’t handle patients with covid symptoms. I asked her when this went into effect because I had just taken my husband for a test and his came back positive. Ana then proceeded to tell me that it was impossible because they don’t administer rapid test. I told her that I told yesterday at 8:30am and just got the results today at 12pm. Then diamond comes from a corner office and starts yelling at me telling me I need to be considerate because she has a family and is sick and has patients who come in who have heart problem and cancer. I informed her that I am very considerate and understood that’s why I was wearing a N95 mask before even walking in to the building. Ana tried to resolve the problem but Diamond instead on yelling through the closed door at Ana telling her she better not let me back there. I walked out and called corporate. While I was in the parking lot a gentleman walked in and 2 minuets later walked out and looked right at me and shocked his head in disbelief. Why they shared the incident with anyone is beyond me but I will never be back to such a rude unprofessional place

Rude and extremely impatient. Leaned over me to type in the kiosk to me and another person trying to check in. Once i was checked in for my walk in she was especially disgusted finding out i was a new patient. After my 30 min wait ended up leaving without labs.

They dont have the curtesy to even check in the waiting room. There are so many people waiting for their turn and no one has bothered to check. We have an apt like right now and there are already 3 more people waiting for their turn. Very rude people who should not be working here. Why would you hire someone who do not wish to work! Waisting their and others time! This is ridiculous .

Fast service and clean office but the customer service could improve. The phlebothomist who saw my daughter was kinda rude at the beginning, then she was fine and did a painless job to my daughter.Checking in and getting an appointment was very easy.

This quest is the worst I've been to. Showed up before 4 to an empty waiting room. Waited in the walk in queue. Guy came out at 4:15 told me and another woman waiting that they had 1 more appointment coming in and then they were done for the day. They close at 4:30. I waited over half an hour to be sent away before closing.

This morning I went into quest diagnostics and signed in as a walk in, but realized I left my order at home. I went home to grab the order and got back at 11:45 AM and was told I can’t be seen because they are wrapping up and I need to make an appointment. It clearly says appointment or walk in. At 11:45 you’re not close yet you close at noon so they should’ve taken me to draw my blood. unprofessional! They just wanted to hurry up and get out of there. Younger employees are the worse it gets at these businesses

Great service! I had to drop off samples. At first, I went to the Joliet branch first and an employee was rude and had an attitude.I went online and made a quick appt for this Bolingbrook branch. Dominique had great customer service and was pleasant to talk with. It took 5 minutes to drop off the samples.The waiting room and lab was clean.
