If I could give 0 Stars I would! I went in on 2/5 around 5pm and there was 1 customer in the store + Myself. I was not greeted and asked what kinda of help I needed. It was a Latino younger guy working. He was rude and gave me the nastiest attitude. I had to ask him if he was working with the other customer if not, can I get some help. And he said very rudely, " Im listening " and then said there was only 1 employee working and it will take a while. I completing understand being understaff , but its the service and nasty attitude is the reason I left and took my business to anther T-Mobile store in which I was taken care of the RIGHT WAY. I will never go here again.

Whoever the latino tall guy is on 1/31His customer service is trash. His attitude is trash and I'm so glad we won't have to deal with T mobile again.Everyone else Ive spoken to during my 7rs of service . They are greatly appreciated.

Beware of them. This company defrauds customers. Other than that, the employees who work have no idea about the agreements. The employee does not explain anything to you. He just wants to sell. He does not care about the customer. I traded my phone two weeks ago and was surprised that I had to pay the full balance. I traded my phone and... I also paid them in the store about $700. Today I came for this problem. Customer service tells me that it is not their fault, and if I want to cancel my account with them, I must pay about $1,400. This is crazy.This is not my fault, it is the fault of the employee who I asked more than once about my monthly bill and I asked that there was no balance on it. He told me, “No, you traded your phone.”Even today I asked the employee if you explained it to me and he said noTo me, this is a fraud on the customer

I would give a zero, i was unhappy with my phone and I opened two lines cause of the deal they had going on, I tried to exchange my phones and down graded but thet was going to charge me 70 dollars a piece for a restocking fee. That’s crazy so im going to just Cancel my whole plan and go somewhere else and I’ve been with them for 22 years.. sad

My wife went into this store and spoke to Bryan with the interest of purchasing an iPhone 15. Bryan took her information, ran her credit to ultimately find out they do not have this phone in stock. Not sure why employee would not have checked prior to taking her information and running her credit to know what the store had in stock. My wife requested Bryan to call another location to verify if they had this phone in stock. Bryan stated a location on 137 s Weber road had it in stock. My wife left the store very frustrated and called the location on 137 s Weber to ultimately find out the location is permanently closed and the employee Bryan lied! Bryan did not speak with anyone and scurried my wife out of the store. This is Extremely unprofessional and horrible service by Bryan. Please do not waste your time at this store. Take your business elsewhere !

!BEWARE!! They are scammers here. If you upgrade your phone at this location, they will, without asking, add phone insurance even if you NEVER had it before. Happened twice to me.

the best tmobile store I’ve ever been too!! Shoutout Luis because he worked so hard to help me out and was so patient and kind to me, we need more sales people like him !! Overall, a great team, a great manager (obviously), and great customer service. LOVE THIS TMOBILE U GUYS ROCK!

Went in to trade up our phones and were told in order to purchase the phone we wanted we would HAVE to purchase the BUNDLE, which were the accessories to the new phone. which were a case, pad charger, screen protector, air pods.The man said it was the ONLY way to get the special on the phone price. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.we went to another T MOBILE in Warrenville on Diehl. THEY were SHOCKED!!! because they said THERE is no BUNDLE SPECIAL!!! and allow us to return EVERY accessory. the accessories were FULL price on the receipt, even a screen protector for 60.!!HE was just as enraged!! That the 741 Boughton Store would scam customers JUST TO GET A SALE!!!!!!!!WE returned it all !!! and HE was MORE than helpful !!!!!!!IF YOU HAVE TO GO TO A T MOBILE STORE ...** AVOID THE 741 W BOUGHTON LOCATION..IN THE DAYS WE LIVE IN , YOU WOULD THINK GREED AND DISHONEST PEOPLE WOULD HAVE HAD A WAKE UP CALL ...THANK YOU TO THE TEAM IN Warrenville on Diehl. !

I went to this T mobile store and had my old phone replaced by the good Manager Jared and also to mention all the store staff that were friendly. I highly recommend this store to everyone.
