I was charged a significant amount to have my jacket cleaned, and the staff was unfriendly when I came to pick it up.

Lost my business with them since the old owners left the country and turned over the place to the new owners over a year or so. Not the same attentive service anymore, rude and smell strong cigarettes smoke when I enter. This is a dry clean place for clothes it should be smoke free.

They lost my clothes for several days.
They did not have much inventory (compared to most cleaners) so it should have been more organized. Then, they finally found my order so I had to drive back in again. Not even an apology or a discount-nothing. I will not go back there.

They did an EXCELLENT JOB on my husband's Chicago White Sox Frank Thomas jerseys it's white with black pinstriping, it had collected dust because he only wears every 3 blue moons. They also cleaned my winter North Face coat which as FILTHY because I wore it 2 winters without getting it professionally cleaned. Lastly omgggg and not least at all my 1st Levi's denim jacket I bought to start my collection, it's one near and dear to my heart so I can say I've worn it for ages and neglected to get it cleaned. It wasn't until I recently pulled it out to wear it after a year at least that I noticed how dirty it was, this cleaners got it in A1 condition it looks brand just ordered new. I'm going to be taking more of our cleaners only things here. I'm very hard to please and pleased I am. The pricing caught me a little by surprise and you pay before you pick up but all in all the price was worth the service technically I don't know how much dry cleaning costs I only go pick up or drop off my grandparents so I never see the transaction ???. The employees are veryyyy nice and even pointed out I didn't need a service I thought I did and saved me money. I'm a customer for life.

I stopped in to get some pants alterations. The owner was very rude she never stopped doing measurements on some other pants . Never acknowledged me i spoke 3 times her attitude was very rude. I she fixed a pair of my pants previously and tried to return them to me no hanger or protective plastic!! i refuse to spend any more money in a establishment like this !!! She will never see me again!Service: Alterations

This is the first time i am using this place and i can honestly say that i would not recommend it. I went there on Friday 02/18/22 for a dry cleaning for a dress i needed for Saturday night 02/19/22 an important dinner, i told the lady that i needed the dress on Saturday and she asked what time do i want to pick it up i asked her if 5pm was good she said yes. Now i got there at 5pm and the store was CLOSED!! CLOSED!!! And i waited for 25mins because on the receipt i was given it said the closed at 6pm!! And even on the door it says 6pm on Saturdays! So i ended up ha ving to go to Macy's to purchase a dress for $129!! That's absolutely ridiculous especially since she told me 5pm was ok. If you knew you close at 5pm give me a different time i could have made it work but instead you lead me on and then blindsided me! So i expect a full refund of my money this was unfair and just plain rude!

Well priced, good service, and great work. I once had a silky white shirt that had some dark wine spilled on it. I was impressed that after bringing it here you could never tell it had been stained.
