I order gifts for my twins to have in time for their birthday it was suppose to arrive on Sunday 2/23 enough time to have but the fed ex man took it to the wrong address I contacted Fed Ex they said give them 24-48 hours so I called them Ulta beauty they had me to take pictures of my outside of my house to prove it wasn’t delivered and I did that got up again calling back to see the status they telling me now I got wait on fed ex to track the package 3 more days moms you my kids birthday is 3/7 so it want be in time and all the supervisors can’t resolve anything for a customer that has spent over $300 with you for gifts I will not ever order anything else from them cause they handle business awful if a customer order from you and never gets it they should be able to refund you or give you an options I have never heard of waiting on a delivery people for a status on what to do with your order they are awful and I’m reporting their ways to the BBB to how they handle their customers and how hard it is to be refunded or orders sent back out this is not my house I stay on a hill right beside the leasing office I’m am pissed

Placed an order today in the app, used two gift cards on my order plus a coupon code. Small amount charged to my credit card and I immediately got the notification my credit card was charged. App glitched, apparently order never went through and items remained in my cart. I tried again but now it tells me my gift card balances are $0 so yall literally took all my money and there was no order placed. Chatted with a useless customer service rep who just kept saying “there’s no order so funds will be returned” without actually doing anything to resolve the issue. Never got any email confirmations, gift cards still at $0. Never ever purchasing from Ulta again. Terrible scammy business practice.

I was told my refund check was mailed. Call back 1-28 if not received. Aris lied to me and said it was mailed and then said sorry he misspoke. I have spent hours trying to get my money. Lies and putting me off. Crooks. I am now going to contact the attorney general here in Utah. I see the reviews on pro trying to get refunds!!!!! All frustrated and angry and getting a refund is impossible. Would give -1000 stars if I could

Ulta has security data breach that results in account and password info for thousands of customers being stolen, accounts hacked into, payment methods charged, points stolen, takes WEEKS to resolve issue, multiple phone calls before resolution….Can’t even honor a promised gift card for compensation.

My children bought me a Dyson blow dryer for $499 but I wanted the Dyson air wrap so I went to exchange it at the Newington NH location. I did not have the receipt so only got a credit for $100.24 ( for a $500 product). This was last night at 5:57 pm. My daughter has the receipt in NY I found out this morning, so I went back today to return the air wrap, which I paid $500 cash for, get my dryer and money back to return it in NY. I even offered
To keep air wrap and buy the dryer back for the amount I got
credited for. They told Me They can’t do that and to call customer service. I called customer service and spoke to Shamara, which was also useless and they said I should be able to return the air wrap and get my $500 and blow dryer back.
Called the store and they said no.
The manager Abigail was neither
accommodating or friendly. BAD customer service and she has no customer service experience apparently because she doesn’t even smile. I will NEVER shop at Ulta again which is Ulta’s loss considering I am at the highest level and have spent thousands at your stores. I also have no clue why points were redeemed on the receipt. I am beyond infuriated and disappointed. I hope you’re happy and it was worth losing
a customer over. I’ll also be blasting this all over social media. Happy New Year

If I could give zero stars I would. Order came in a non ulta box with a label that said the order was damaged and had to be remixed and labeled by fed ex. I opened the box and was missing the most expensive item in the box. I called customer service three times and talked to a bot that did not even understand the issue. Finally got a real person contacting them through Facebook and they actually said they will not reimburse me or replace the missing product.
I have shopped here consistently for over 20 years. I am a diamond level customer and have never returned an order or claimed anything was missing. You just lost a customer whose orders average $250 every month or so. Good bye forever ulta & hello Sephora!

Wish I could give zero stars. I have been given the run around for weeks trying to link my Ulta Mastercard to my Ulta Rewards Account. It's like they do it on purpose to get you to sign up for the credit card, and never intend to give you rewards points correctly. And forget talking to customer service, they are absolutely idiotic. So highly disappointed.

I had placed an online order on Black Friday so I could buy all of my normal makeup at the discounted rate and after 3 weeks of not receiving my products and the status saying awaiting carrier pick up I contacted them via chat. I was refunded and not given the option to get my product at the sale price. This is not at all customer service it’s misleading and poor treatment of what was a devout consumer. I haven’t made a purchase with ULtA since.

I purchased several things from Ulta. One of the eyeshadows came in broken I tried to exchange it at my local store. The eyeshadow rang up for $2.25 - I paid $9.00 then when they processed the exchange tried to charge me more than I originally paid!! I asked them to exchange it not refund and recharge me. So I said whatever I'm not paying more for a product that the store is selling for a fraction of the price and charging me more than the original transaction and asked to be refunded to my original payment method and it was stressed that I couldn't receive a refund I'll have to take the gift card. On top of that I never received my free gift as promised. Ulta is nothing but a scam

I ordered from our local Ulta store for same day delivery. I got an email stating that it would be delivered within two hours. Time passed nothing from Ulta. I contacted customer service they said it’s not ready for delivery. So I called the local store the customer service was great at the store. She said it has been ready just waiting for pick up. I had asked the question of what do I do if the delivery driver doesn’t show up. She stated call customer service and ask about their delivery service and see if they can check the driver. I stated to the online customer service of what the store had said. The online customer service said just be patient and we cannot check the delivery drivers. They also told me that no my order wasn’t ready still which obviously was or is not true. It’s terrible service. They can check everything else but they cannot check the delivery services they contract. Does not make any sense I will not be ordering any type of delivery from Ulta.

I made an online order FROM THE WAREHOUSE and somehow they sent me a used tester product. When I requested to speak to a supervisor literally any day of the week after noon central time (I work nights), they woke me up several times at 9 in the morning. I'll shop at Sephora from now on since they've never woken me up
