I’ve been here twice and only on Saturdays, the lot is big, plenty of room to maneuver, the security guard has his tasks wired tight, is courteous and polite, and the snow removal crew does a hell of a job here keeping things clear and salted down. Great work.

They’ve no idea how to load trucks, I have pickup going on 2 stops south Dakota and North Dakota, first stop South but first they loaded truck south that’s making me to unload my second stop to get my first stop then I have to loaded back my second stop that’s really stupid from shipping

First time here picking up the load.
I don’t know the rules at this facility and no sign about or explanations from security. Plus when I was driving out the girl with dreadlocks at the security behaved as if she was doing you a favor personally, didn’t say hello just: “BOL, Drivers license, security check list” after that get inside check all, went back out silently, handed over the documents me and went back to check the seal without saying anything, then went to the next truck behind me and after a while waved her hand as if to say, go ahead. 🤷♀️🤦🏼♀️ - mines one star.
Everything else was Pretty fast just you will need to be inside the workhouse when they loading your trailer.
The staff at the workhouse and office was polite and friendly. Restroom outside. Not sure about overnight parking.

Do not believe if they write that loading or unloading is fast here, it is a lie. This is written by the employees themselves. This is the worst warehouse I have ever seen. Arrived 8:00am .Loading took 4,5 hours. Check out at 12:30 pm 4,5 hours of nerves, goodbye half a day. The worst place, believe me.

worst company ever waited from 10am to 8:41pm still not loaded
broker send 10am load nd time was 9am but said i was late and they will load whenever they want but still not loaded worst day ever
no respect for truck driver and lost BOL and for new BOL they took 1 hr

This customer don't have regular green or red light, so expect to keep you long on the door just because they forgot or are too lazy to step out and let's you know that you are empty. Be aware and check. Otherwise, you will stay all day on dock, and the worst thing is that they think this is funny.

Be prepared when you pick up a load here. You'll have to show your cdl to get into and out of the security entrance/exit. They'll take down your truck number, trailer number, truck and trailer license plate and state, and take a photo of your truck and trailer. When you back into your assigned dock, put AT LEAST 2 load straps into the back of your trailer. I used 3 personally. You'll also need to wear your safety vest and closed toe shoes when you go inside to check in. No phones allowed in the building. You'll be asked to stand by your dock inside as they load your trailer. They had the loads prestaged near the docks so loading was very quick. When finished loading, the loader takes pictures of the secured freight inside your trailer and you go outside, pull your truck forward enough to close the doors and the loader will hand you your seal through the dock door along with a tablet and ask you to take a photo of the seal on your trailer along with your BOL. Then you go back to security, show them your cdl again, along with your dock pass and bol. They then photograph your truck and trailer a 2nd time, return your bol, then you're free to go with your load. The whole process took a little under 2 hours from the time I arrived at the guard shack until I drove away. Very nice people here and plenty of room to get into your dock door.

Never come back to this place. The guard call a police to kicked me out from the gate because I was early 40 min from my app time. Will never come back again. The guard is so rude. Mid night guard with a big belly. NO RESPECT NO RESPECT
