I brought my father to UPS to have a simple Power of Attorney document notarized — nothing financial, nothing medical. Just authorizing someone in the Philippines to handle paperwork. Because my dad didn’t catch what the notary said the first time (due to a language barrier), this young Black woman refused to proceed — not once trying to accommodate or clarify. I even offered to translate. Still refused. Then she had the nerve to laugh and hand me a number — someone she conveniently recommended for notary services. Guess what? That person charges $25 plus a travel fee… compared to the $5 UPS fee.
Let’s call it what it is: gatekeeping and shady business promotion. We know exactly what she’s doing. If she’s there to notarize documents, not run referrals for her side hustle, then maybe UPS should remind her who’s paying her. Because from the looks of it, she’s more interested in sending clients to her friend than doing her actual job.
So congratulations, UPS. You just lost a customer — and I’m not quiet about bad service.

Every time I go to this location it takes forever. No matter how many employees working or how many people in line the wait is always over 10-15 minutes just to return Amazon packages.

I think it’s the manager, young black woman, she is increasingly more and more rude. Never greets you, never smiles, tells you to just “put your package on here” pointing to the scale without making eye contact. I live close to this location but will be driving further to a better one. They spend forever in the back room and walk slowly out only to tell you they can’t help you. Ridiculous.

I visited this location multiple time and every time had a very bad experience. The workers are very slow and very rude. They always forced me to purchase their own packaging otherwise they won't accept the shipment. I've purchased their packaging envelops and boxes but I couldn't afford that for every single time. So, I stop going this BAD location.

This place is slow. Can almost deliver the package yourself by the time they just scan it and throw it in their bin.

The staff is courteous and helpful. It is a busy location but they process your transactions quickly and get you on your way. We regularly ship with them because they always deliver packages on time. Besides shipping, my company uses their mailbox and shredding services. They also offer notary services and document printing and scanning.

I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Kalysha is so incredibly down-to-earth and so knowledgeable. She takes the time to gracefully explain everything to you. I just love the customer service here!
