I was afraid to come here after reading reviews but i had a great experience today. 3 females were working and they were all very polite and helpful.. they seemed upbeat to me. Very satisfied!

I stop at this post office and a lady named Jessica had a bad actitud
Not willing to help
And even refused to give me a price on a package I needed to send
Else asked about a message that was showing on her computer and couldn’t even explain what that was or why she couldn’t give me a price on my package

I find a lot of the reviews of this place wild and am bewildered by their statements.
Seriously, ever time I've come here this place has been dead. I love it. My visits are so quick, and there is ample parking.
My involvement with the staff has been pleasant. Watching other people interact with the staff has been fine. I don't know where these wild stories are coming from.
As long as you actually know how to ship things, this is a great place to go to.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the worst Post Office I have even been to. Many postal employees are nasty but this location has the overachievers in rudeness. They have attitude just because you walked in the office. Find a different job if he hates customers so much.

There was a little mix-up with my package. I called their office and the lovely lady who helped me was very kind and immediately corrected the mix-up.

I went to return a package from eBay on March 1st at noon, I had never done it before, the people who work there were very kind, they helped me throughout the entire procedure, thank you.

Wait time ridiculous one person at counter the other looked at long line and dissaeared. Waited 10 minutes then gave up. Horrible waste of my time

The lady working here with the curly red hair NEEDS TO GO. She is incredibly rude and snarky. The others are friendly and pleasant, but that lady should be working in a back room far from any customer facing position.

There are a few very nice employees, but it doesn't matter at the end because of a few employees that have an attitude just because you walked in the office. The male manager especially. Needs to find a different job if he hates customers so much. Messed up my passport application, trying to prove he knows more than the government website.

Ordered a couple decals from local shop through eBay. Been 3 weeks on one decal and over 2 weeks on 2nd decal. Says on its way but damn, this has got to be the lamest post office on Earth! I smell BS!
