“The staff here has always been kind & informative about the benefits offered. A clerk by the name of Weston is especially awesome! From my very 1st visit he's been helpful & such a pleasure to just chat with. He explains everything clearly, he cares about customer experiences & seems to love his job. I enjoy customer service like that! Also a star to me is Ellie. Unlike Weston who I've seen now a few times, I've only dealt with Ellie once. That one time tho....she was such a pleasant personality! I ask about strains that help with depression & she gave me suggestions to look up for next time & even took the time to hope my circumstances change & wish me a better day. She took the time to understand my inquiry & think of suggestions...rare in these times. Just all around a great experience when I visit this location, so I'll continue to be a customer now that I've moved back to Illinois. Weston & Ellie....y'all are awesome! “I arrived this morning a little after doors opened and I only had exact change for the product I ordered I also didn’t have my debit card on me! Since I arrived early I received the door buster deal but was short by a little bit and the wonderful Coleen worked her holiday Magic and gave me a little bit more of a discount so I could take both products home with me. I am a new Plainfield native but incredibly familiar with the area and this will be my new local spot! The service here is always impeccable and I’m never disappointed.”
