We are very disappointed with the service at this Verizon store.
We agreed on specific terms when ordering the phone, but when it arrived and we came to pick it up, they presented completely different — and unfavorable — conditions that were nothing like what we had discussed earlier.
As a result, we wasted several hours of our time for nothing.
A total lack of responsibility and respect for customers. Not recommended.

Amazing team at this location! Both Nick and Jose were so kind, patient, and helpful in assisting me with getting a new phone. They made sure everything was setup up correctly and efficiently. All while making sure all my questions were answered. Very satisfied with their service!

Five stars. No hesitation. Edwin was outstanding — everything you would want and expect from someone assisting with your phones and account. He answered a LOT of questions and made sure we got the exact models and colors we wanted when we arrived. From outlining available plan features in a knowledgeable, courteous and considerate manner to helping us take advantage of incentives as we added a family member to our plan (not to mention a seamless switch from Android to iPhone) he represented the store exceptionally well and earned our business going forward. He and this location surpassed all the other Verizon stores I’ve dealt with over many years in terms of professionalism, product knowledge, and customer care. I typically don’t write reviews, but Edwin set a higher standard for what a wireless service experience should be: efficient, informative and genuinely customer-first.

Walked in and the female rolled her eyes at me and acted agitated that she had a customer. I told her what I needed and she was very short with me. Another sales person walked in and she walked away and went to another desk and never spoke to me again. I announced “Never mind I am good.” And went to the store on Weber Rd and was able to get friendly service and a new phone in less than an hour.

I do not recommend this location. Sales associate was not knowledgeable or at least was not fully trained. I came in to add 1 line to my account and was left with multiple issues that could only be fixed by an online verizon customer service representative.

Had the best experience today with Amari Gatlin he was extremely helpful he helped me save money and get more money back he made the process quick and painless I’ve been to multiple locations and he has provided the best experience by far. Amazing on all parts of his job from customer service to handling my complaints for making us laugh and creating a family feel.

Griffin was awesome! I had an amazing experience at this shop! They did an absolutely fantastic job applying my screen protector—super fast, incredibly precise, and with top-notch quality. The staff was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. I was in and out in no time, and my screen looks flawless! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent service. Five stars all the way!
