The receptionist who attended me at my visit at the beginning made me feel like home. She new what I needed and at the time of checkout she still remember everything we spoke and helped submit what I needed for my new pair of glasses. The eye doctor was also amazing too. She made me feel like home and made me feel better at the fact that I don't have the best vision. Great places overall.

THIEVES !!! I would think twice before using this location. I sat there and activated my brand new AmEx Gift Card for $250.00. Used it to pay for my glasses and told I was paid in full. I told the employee, no, I owe you $40.00 as my gift card is only for $250.00, and I owe $292.00. She said no, M'am you are PAID IN FULL. I knew it would eventually be caught and I could pay my $40.00. Well, I was called by the store manager claiming a problem with my gift card. I went right in and after much going back and forth with the manager and IN GOOD FAITH, paid again for the same pair of glasses!!! BUT.... Believe it or not another pair of glasses showed up at the store. Ya gotta love it because according to the STORE MANAGER it was a lab mistake. Long story short it's everyone else's mistake, not the employee or the manager, nor has corporate done anything. Like I said PLEASE don't go to a store that would STEAL FUNDS OFF A CUSTOMERS GIFT CARD ! SHAME ON YOU VISIONWORKS !!!!

Store hours online state 11-4 get to the store and the site is closed all day. Their web developer isn’t doing their job and just drive here only to be let down.

I've gone to this location with my husband and one of my kids. Not a friendly place. Staff are rude and roll their eyes when you ask questions and don't really explain things to you. I've been here several times and was not pleased with their service. I took my business to the Wheaton location. Have been there 3 times and have been blown away by their friendliness and knowledge. Will never come to this location again.

First time at this branch and first time in Illinois ,the team was really welcoming and I managed to get an appointment quick. Dr. Dryer is knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend her.

I was very pleased with the office help. I had a young woman ,who had longer hair , wore glasses and had a 20 year old . She was very pleasant. She was nice in the back too. I also was very satisfied with the eye doctor. She acted nice and understanding to my needs. Thank you. Linda Evola

I came here in November for an eye exam and contact lens exam. I disclosed with the doctor in the room that I needed contact lens, I don’t get them from here, I get them from Costco but I need the perfection to order them. A few months go by I finally ran out of my contact lenses and I go to Costco and I did not have a contact prescription, only glasses. I called Visionworks and they told me I never asked for a contact exam. I have worn contacts since I was 15 years old. I said go back into the file, my texts, my phone call with the front desk and sir I know I asked to be fitted for contacts and I disclosed with the dr I needed contacts as well. He refused to. He told me I need to pay for a whole new exam and I need to pay the full amount and I said how is that fair when it was supposed to be pushed through my insurance in November? My insurance only covers one eye exam a year. And he told me that “This is not about being fair, “There’s no reason we wouldn’t have fitted you for contacts unless you have a medical condition” I said sir I’ve been wearing contacts since I was 15. I believe the doctor just forgot or they lost my prescription or something because I know I asked for the contact lense exam. I told them to check everything. The manager refused and was no help and was extremely rude to me. They messed up big time and based on their reviews I have no idea why I even came here. I thought they were going to offer me some kind of compensation for the mix up or guidance. They were no help at all. Extremely rude staff. No help. I would stay FAR away from this place. They don’t care about you, they are scammers who wants just your money in your wallet.

They need to make sure their employees are in top of orders. We got messed up a few times by them that at this point I don’t want to come here anymore. It feels like the employees don’t want to do their job. I understand they are very short staffed it’s not their fault on that. However the employees they have need to triple check their work. They messed us up three times. I am done with location. If I could I would rate 0.
