Unloading can be fast, but the lumper company can sometimes be real slow, with delays in paperwork. The facility has docks on both sides, requiring careful parking maneuvers. Overnight parking is available, and there is space for trucks, but the lot has no gate. There are no public restrooms on site; a restroom is located outside.

Nice company, fast unloading, plenty of space, not sure about restroom. High lumper fee, 12 pallets- $422.

Stayed overnight. 9 pallets unloaded in 30 minutes. Lumper( but if broker pay for it , it doesn’t matter). So excellent dry van load delivery experience.

My appointment was at 5am, Checked in and got door. link was sent for lumper and paid it. in 40 minutes truck was unloaded and got the paperwork. They have overnight parking and portable restroom.
