For the most part they are reliable for my medication. Some time they are out of stock and either i wait a week or two or they send me to another Walgreens in my areas

This is hands down the worst and most incompetent pharmacy in the area. Last month, they shorted my medication and I had to argue with the pharmacist and offer to file a police report to get her check their records. And now, I call at noon and my medication is on backorder. Does the pharmacy call me? No! Even better on a Friday after 5 when my doctor isn’t in the office to transfer the prescription until Monday!! This pharmacy is useless and the employees are rude.

Have been using this pharmacy for years, but they've been going downhill lately. It takes several days to get prescriptions filled lately. Order put in Tuesday morning, but won't be ready until midday Friday? Doctor is expecting a follow up visit to see if the medicine is working but I can't even start the medication. And this is the second time I've experienced this within a month.

Don't bother using Walgreens for Covid Testing/Paxlovid. They had me go through so many hoops to get medication. I've been messaging back and forth for 3 hours and they keep asking me to upload more and more information.

Bolingbrook Walgreens are the worst, the closed one store several years ago and the wait in the pharmacy got terrible, and now I heard they are closing another one in town. Back to Jewel Osco, much better service, all Walgreens is looking at is some CEO trying to and more money in his big fat pockets.

DON'T GO HERE. Seriously. Read some of the other reviews and you'll understand why.I had an appointment for some vaccines. I waited about an hour before leaving and scheduling with another provider. However, Walgreens had put in the system that I had received the vaccines which is NOT true. This is now preventing me from actually getting the vaccinations since the records falsely show I had already gotten the vaccines.This is by far the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else.

One of the worst pharmacy around the Bolingbrook area, don’t suggest to go there if you must not needed. They always forget to prepare the prescription and makes customers wait for a long time to pick up, also have bad attitudes

I am giving this Walgreens 5 stars because of Trace. I called, an actual a phone call, and Trace answered. I needed a specific item and she was able to get it for me. Back story, I used DoorDash to pick up the item. They could not find it... I called the store, while the shopper was shopping. Trace found the item, that the shopper could not, and brought it to the register. Thank you so much for your help and kindness, Trace.

they screwed me for the last time, they gave me drugs that are not mine charged me 145.00 and wouldnt take them back, fuck them im goin to osco...this place really sucks dont go there, i tryed to make photos with my sd card, lady said it dont work go to walmart, cant believe this place went to shit, GOODBYE !!!
