If I could give zero stars I would I spoke with female in pharmacy today at 4:57 who advised me repeatedly that they were closed and that she couldn’t pull up my daughter’s prescription never asked how to spell her name …. Called another Walgreens pulled prescription right up as a person who works in healthcare I understand you were getting off work @5pm but had you just confirmed you could see it I would’ve told I would reach out to a 24 hour pharmacy to fill but I hope you made out that door on time

Poor service is one thing. Endangering the safety of your customers is another. My wife went to the pharmacy yesterday and simply asked for 12 hour Sudafed. She didn't notice the pharmacist messed up and gave her one with Aleve in it. My wife is allergic to NSAIDS and became violently ill. Thank God it wasn't anaphylaxis this time.

Very bad experience, I bought a covid test which was either old or damaged, so spent 25 dollars, and got no results and no money back. Never buy covid tests from Walgreens

I always come here for my prescriptions and to ask questions about my medications. All of the staff here have been so kind and helpful. I just wish they could have more staff on hand because sometimes the service is slow or the drive through window is closed.

The worst Walgreens in the entire area, it never has staff, I spent more than 1 hour waiting for the person who took the passport photos and they never came, in the pharmacy there is always a bad attitude towards everything and especially the one who speaks Spanish.

This pharmacy is one of the only Walgreens stores left that still answers the phone. The pharmacist, Richard went above & beyond to help me. The other pharmacist & workers are so nice, helpful & made sure to get everything I needed. So polite & didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them. It’s worth the extra drive & will be going here from now on. Thanks to everyone at the pharmacy

I had a 90ct prescription transferred here that I was supposed to be able to pick up today and they only filled 30 and said pickup was tomorrow. I asked where the breakdown in communication was because it was supposed to be a 90ct to be picked up today and I heard the tech at the previous pharmacy confirm with this location before I left that they had the 90 and they said yes. She then told me they wouldn't have the rest til tomorrow when the shipment came in and I asked again where the breakdown in communication was and she put me on hold and came back and miraculously found 60 more pills to fill the rest of my prescription. Had some liar excuse that the tech from the pharmacy didn't specify I wanted all 90 so they had only filled 30, and it wasn't even marked as a partial in the app. Why did she confirm you had all 90 if I didn't want all 90? ? Ya'll just straight up lying here trying not to dispense full amounts of medicine to patients and then lie about it very poorly. This is the third Walgreens pharmacy location in the area I have had problems with in regards to VERY poor customer service. Horrible company and you should be ashamed.

The main manger is a racist ignorant manager towards white people. Not sure how Corporate has her as a manager. She treats people with such disrespect. I wouldn't recommend this Walgreens at all.

I have personally been using Walgreens for my prescription medications for almost 15 years now, and I’ve been using this particular Walgreens for the past 4 years. They have “somehow” become completely understaffed in the last few months & the customer service has become absolutely HORRENDOUS. Sat in line in the drive-thru with 2 open lanes for 10 minutes at ~10:00am, watching other people get their prescriptions, but when I rolled up to the window, all of a sudden, the drive-thru is “now closed”. So, I then go inside to pick up my typical, monthly scripts, which are even PRE-PAID, and there are nine other people waiting in line (furiously, and I don’t blame them). I would love to be able to pick up my prescriptions before work on any given occasion, and I do give myself plenty of time, but I can never be late again, like I have been recently due to my unmet, totally reasonable expectations for an “efficient pharmacy experience”. How can I possibly set aside 30-45 minutes every single time that I want to pick up my prescriptions that are already prepared & are supposedly 100% ready to be picked up, without even needing to make a payment?… Switching to my local Meijer Pharmacy as fast as possible!!! (Pssst… Meijer takes the new GoodRx Gold cards, too!)

One of the friendliest pharmacies in town, but just waited in a line for the pharmacy that lasted 30 minutes. No drive up window. This is not the first time this has happened at this Walgreens. They got to get their act together over here!

They guy working on 10/3/23 around 5pm was very kind and personable/helpful. I believe he was the manager but not sure.
