The female pharmacist at the E Boughton Rd location in Bolingbrook, IL gave me incorrect information about how to store my toddlers prescription. This misinformation can result in the medication becoming unstable, even degrade, posing a risk of negative side effects and decreasing their effectiveness. Luckily she only took one dose of the refrigerated medicine. The above information stated came from the drug information sheet, calling other pharmacies to confirm and looking up on credible website and medical journals. This type of mistake is absolutely unacceptable. The male pharmacist that had to correct her mistake the next day was so helpful. They didn’t have the medication at the location. He reach out to another location eight minutes away since I was unable to wait until it was ordered and arrive on Monday due to the severity of my toddler.

The pharmacist here SUCKS THE YOUNG GIRLS THERE HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES!!! Every time I go to pick up a prescription it takes them forever to find it or they give me half of the prescription. I was told my prescription was ready 4 days ago I went to pick it up everyday it’s a different excuse why they don’t have it ( we need to order it then we have to unpack it next week don’t have it we have to order it again smh) VERY UNORGANIZED HERE

I typically have a good experience at this location but today I had a pharmacy tech that was very rude for no reason. I asked about an out of stock medication that Ive been waiting on for two weeks. He explained that there was low stock on the medicine and I asked if another location could help because I have been without the medicine. He said that would not help and when I said ok thanks, he rudely replied with a tough “yep exactly” like I had asked a dumb question. I don’t understand how you can work in a pharmacy and not understand the importance of patients having access to their prescribed medications.

It clearly says closes at 9pm, I drive here in a rush to pick up medicine for my newborn. I get there at 7:59 a whole hour before they close and the doors are locked. I can see the employees inside but nobody comes to the door or lets me in. So I call the store and it says they're temporarily closed. Completely ridiculous

Rude pharmacy techs rude pharmacist. It a bother for them to do their job. We are an inconvenience. They were doing me a favor when they should be going on break. The window was open so no idea it was"break time" at 6:49 pm. Transferred from Meijer...because Walgreens is pretty much everywhere. Going back to Meijer because Walgreens doesn't care.

Pharmacy staff is incredibly rude and condescending. I would avoid getting your prescriptions sent here unless you want to have your blood pressure elevate every time you have to call/pick up an order

Probably the worst experience ever. The pharmacy staff seem to all be miserable and lack human communication skills. Even the pharmacist is making customers feel guilty for not having answers that only a doctor could have. Get better y'all.

They don't care about senior citizens. If they did, they would have tried to answer my question.
And helped me.

The absolute worst! I spent 10 mins on the phone with a computer trying to talk to a pharmacist. After listening to what time their lunch break is and yada, yada , yada I finally was transferred to speak to an actual person. After holding for another 5 mins. The call was answered. When I say answered, the receiver was picked up and promptly hung up. It was no accident. I was so angry! What a waste of time. I drove there immediately, there was no one waiting for assistance. Just a lazy person not wanting to do their job. I asked who of the four people working who did it. No one would own up to their actions. I guess the culprit is lazy and cowardly. As a result, I will no longer be using Walgreens on Boughton and Feathersound again. My prescriptions will be transferred to the Meijer Pharmacy where customer service is on point. So much better and a stones throw away.

I told the lady working the counter at 1 pm in 2/4, who didn't speak hardly any English no 3x to the Walgreens credit card and she still tried to make me enter all my information. When the screen asked me for my SSN and information I asked what that was. She said Walgreens rewards. I said my SSN was not part of rewards then she said card...I said I told you NO 3x. She was very persistent about it and kept insisting I get it. No and stop asking and keep hitting the screen asking for my SSN. I will absolutley never go back.

This danngone Walgreens is the worst ever .... I literally spent over 20 mins trying to get a raincheck on a sale item that they were out of ... It took three women, one was a Manager... Needless to say I walked out without the raincheck. One cashier had to double check whether or not the item was in stock... That cashier had to verify with another cashier whether or not the item was in stock... Then when they finally agreed the item was not in stock, the 1st cashier said the raincheck couldn't be for the sale price.... I kno... Let that sink in... The rain check could not be written for the sale price. She says the sale price is for the Walgreens app only & they cannot match a price in-store from the app. So by now my patience is gone, its been about 15mins, so I go to the shelf, snatch the sticker off and show her the sale price.... And I ask for a manager. The cashier pages a manager ... A lady in a gray Walgreens vest passes by ... I ask is she a manager... The cashier says yes & calls her name. I go to her, tell her the issue & tell her its taking entirely too long just to get a raincheck with no one in the store.... The manager then starts the process all over again of checking if the item is in stock... Then she proceeds to the counter to get the raincheck pad, writes the raincheck out.. she didn't ask me what quantity I wanted for the item .. I look at the raincheck & it says two.. the "Manager" says there's a limit of 2 on the item... I told her no thats not true. Ive purchased this item many times when its on sale & there's never been a limit..... Now let me say what the item was ... Because I'm sure ure thinking what could possibly cause this much fuss and this looooong review. It was a darn REESE'S WAFER CANDY BAR.... yep...a candy bar... Regular price $1.99 per bar or 2/$3.... Sale price was 2/$2..... These three women gave me the run around over a rain check for a candy bar. I only wanted 6.... But they wanted to limit me to two... First by being hesitant on giving me the raincheck, then by charging me regular price & last but not least giving me a limit of 2..... Mannnnn I politely pushed the lil rain check back to the manager on duty at the time and told her to keep it.... And walked out upset! Drove to the next Walgreens, bought what I wanted and left still agitated at the foolery I experienced at this location. This review probably isnt going to matter much but I wrote anyway. Smh

Is anyone noticing? Service at this Walgreens has been consistently getting worse and worse! The pharmacy is always out of stock on medication and they don’t communicate with you they let you wait for days no matter that you need the medication to actually start treating your condition right away and not in 2 weeks! They made delivery paid when it used to be free and put my order on hold just because my order was someone selected as free shipping, they would not deliver it but didn’t tell me until I went there to ask. When I asked they said it’s not pro and will take a day, I said it’s just an oral rinse in a bottle do you not have it then they said it will be an hour, I said I will wait there, after 45 min I checked she then said it’s going to be one more hour! I asked why since it’s a bottle on the shelf which I could see and said I have been waiting then only she gave it to me, sheesh! Then with the FedEx service. I highly recommend you don’t waste your time with this Walgreens and FedEx needs to remove them off their online suggested locations because the people working are incompetent! There’s 2 elderly ladies there, one of them, white with long brown hair, is extremely rude. I stood at the counter for 15 min while she was checking her email on the computer and I could see her screen, didn’t even acknowledge me or apologize nothing. Then she came and I gave her the QR code for FedEx since the site told me to take it there, and she said no we don’t do that you have to print your own label. I explained they did not issue me a label they gave me a QR code and gave me this location for drop off, she said she can’t do it, started calling someone on the intercom being condescending to that person as if they are ignoring her. Another elderly lady came, black lady, she tried to scan it and said no it’s not working. Clearly they both are completely incompetent and one of them is rude and shameless too but I mean once you start seeing yourself that you have no clue how new technology works it’s time for you to retire! Super slow, rude and clueless in their work! Went to Walgreens on 75th and the QR code worked just fine, those 2 didn’t have an idea how to work the scanner! But what’s more frustrating is the rude demeanor! Shame.Moving to CVS.
