I never send money with Western Union, I do not recommend them, a big problem to return my money sent by a person who could not receive it. Now I can't get my money back, I've talked many times to try to get it back and I haven't been able to, I've talked many times with operators and they laugh, it's only $100, I don't know, but I think we have to sue Western Union for this procedure. They talk about fraud and they are what they are doing I do not recommend Western Union at all there is another better service and that can be used very safely from our phones let's say no to Western Union spread the word

But that is why there is a tracking number and a security question... She then told me the sender had to call the number on the form and add my middle name... I ended up going to Walgreen's and was able to get my money without any issues

DO NOT GO HERE! There trying to steal people's information and money. They made me give them all my information Ssn and everything and told me they weren't able to help me because the sender didn't put my middle name. And they also told me I couldn't pick up 2 western unions at the same time.. I went to the one across from jewels and they did it with NO PROBLEM.

Do not waist your time on this place find another location. Worst place I have ever been to. On my first visit the employee that was assisting me was on social media, while trying to help me. The second time I came in, I gave my Western union # ID and Name, in return I was asked for the original Western Union receipt. I attempted to explain the simple process of Union and that I am the person receiving the money and all I needed to provide was a confirmation # ID and my name. The employee immediately started to speak Spanish with her co-worker, then proceeded to call Someone regarding my request, the phone call was also in Spanish. In retrospect the services where below one star, very disrespectful and very frustrating.
