Went to the Bolingbrook store to pay a bill and had unpleasant experience. As soon as I walked into the store a Comcast employee busy with a customer pointed towards the back of the store and said somebody will help me. After sitting on the lounge chair for about 10 minutes, a customer had finished and the Comcast employee was free. So I looked at her fore I was the only one waiting for service. The Comcast employee proceeded to pick up her phone and started to look at it. I said excuse me, I'm here to pay a bill. She mumbled in a rude voice that the bills are paid in the back of the store. I have no idea that bills are paid with an automated device back there. Sorry I don't pay my bills this was, I was paying for someone who just came home for a month stay in the hospital. The last part or reason is not why I'm sending this, it's that attitude she had when I asked for help. That young lady can use a refreshers course in costumer service. She did wind up showing me and directing me how to use the payment system. As a customer I felt like I didn't matter to her.

After being a good a loyal company, Xfinity/Comcast has bad customer service online and over the phone. Business going elsewhere.

Anthony was awesome! I came in to cancel TV service and keep internet. He walked me through all my options and helped me get a promo price. Dropped by bill by more than half, and I was in and out within 20 minutes.

Absolutely worst experience getting anything accomplished. The idiot was obviously new said we would get 500 discount for trade in but the idiot was wrong wasted 2 hrs of my time then this other big dumb idiot comes and tells me the had a sale last week for existing mobile users but he looked dumb when I said how does thar help me. They only want to steal customers from other phone company's don't waste your time if your an existing customer. We have no option to go somewhere else not paying 1200 for a phone had then for two years not worth it. There's two employees there that have lost four phone lines and an internet package because they are idiots.

Horrible experience! Hate coming here. Always leave feeling more frustrated than when I walked in. Worse service ever! Was directed by online support to come to the store for help otherwise I would have never went.

This place is the absolute worst experience I ever had in any retail setting. They made me wait 45 minutes just so I can sign up for service. As I waited they assisted other people that arrived after me first. Once I finally was acknowledged, I was told the store associate couldn't help me and was asked to sit back down to wait for a manager to help me. Then I get told an hour later after waiting that the store manager was not even on site until another day. They had wasted my time and I do NOT recommend this place at all. Terrible management.

Absolute miserable experience I took my old equipment back and the person at the front of the store told me he would take care of it. Three weeks later I get an email saying that my equipment was not returned. So when I called the store, he said he would then take care of it, which he did. He deleted all of my new equipment so I’ve had no TV for over seven days now. Not to mention his condescending comment when I called him calling me Boss. The last thing I need when I’m trying to do business is a punk talking to me like I am a child. So for this reason, Comcast I am out.!!
