Jake is super nice, and knowledgeable. However, this store could benefit for adding additional staff during peak hours. We currently have been waiting 45 mins, with no end in sight. We have seen 3 other customers come in and walk out due to lack of service.

I was looking into several options to replace a lost/stolen phone. All of my questions were answered, and the customer service could not have been more accommodating despite my stress about the situation. The experience was also a matter of fact, and I felt no pushiness, which was a compelling reason for me to come back the next day after learning all of my options following the first visit.
