I feel so much better after my sessions there. My physical therapist Lindsey was excellent and so caring. Every single staff member knew my name after my first session and always greeted me and/or asked how I was feeling. Truly nice and caring people here who know what they are doing. I will highly recommend to everyone I know!!!!!!!!!!

They have been wonderful to me thus far. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient with me, helping target my problems and freeing me from the pain. They are also super friendly and nice.

Very friendly people and the atmosphere is nice and calming almost like a spa place. This is my third time returning over the year and I love it.

The therapists are very friendly and seems very knowledgeable. They explain each treatment clearly as well as telling you the expected result. They truly care about your well-being and your recovery.

Amazing and knowledgeable staff! I came in with awful sciatic nerve pain, and in 9 sessions they had me doing things I haven't been able to do in months! I am incredibly grateful to all of you. Thank you so much for all of your support and suggestions on in home workouts to do so that I can continue being pain free. I even ordered the same resistance bands for at home. Thank you all again, you are truly amazing!

Very friendly and caring, made you feel like you were at home. Made sure I was good to finish treatment and called to follow up with me to make sure I was doing well. Felt like a second family to me!!!

Thank you to all the staff. They are all friendly and knowledgeable. They helped make my core muscles strong to help my lower back. And now I know how to keep them fit. I am so glad they were there when I needed the help! I recommend them to to anyone who needs help! ATI Bourbonais Rocks!

The therapists are very knowledgeable andthe facility has a pool and an array of therapy equipment.My exercises are monitored to assure proper body mechanics. I appreciate not being allowed to do exercises improperly. I noticed an improvement in my lower back pain after session 2. My pain was alleviated after the 4th session.When I arrive for my appointments, I'm always asked how I'm doing and encouraged to give a detailed response. Not just, "I'm ok" or "I'm good".I work nights so, I also appreciate the scheduling flexibility at the Bourbonnais location.

Going into ATI I immediately felt at home. (You feel like you are on the set of Cheers when they all call out your name when you arrive) They are very easy to talk to and sincerely care about your well being. I went in for knee pain, but let them know that I had pain in the other leg as well, and was helped with that also. I 100% recommend ATI if you are ever in need of a physical therapist.

The staff and therapists here are amazing! They are all so kind and caring. As this being my first time with therapy, the nervousness I had was quickly switched to being calm. I appreciate their time and willingness to work with you for a full recovery!

I went in for several sessionsWhen I started I had limited mobilty of my arm. After 3 week I have full use back. The team there is great. They are friendly, knowledgeable and engaged in their patients treatment.

I had aqua PT with Chris, Shannon (Becky) & Lindsey. It was wonderful. More than just PT. It helped emotionally as well. I was only able to go 5 times, but in those 5 visits, I had such a great time. Learned a lot as well. Everyone there was so nice. Teresa the receptionist & the 3 mentioned will be missed. Hope I can return to PT again ! Thank you all ! You all helped me more than you know. Very knowledgeable staff. Lindsay and Chris have been so helpful and I am feeling so much better because of them. I highly recommend them if you’re in need of physical therapy.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Broke HIPPA regulations, contacted them , they did NOTHING! Because they have untrained "therapy assistants" "working"... well actually they point you to the equipment. No guidance. (high school kids) they actually made my injury worse.To be fair this was a few years ago....hopefully they've cleaned up but from people I've spoken to doesn't sound like it.
