Bath & Body Works is a large, well-organized, and well-lit store loaded with different fragrances, soaps, lotions, and bodywashes. There is so much to choose from. The product is always stocked up. The store associates and employees are very friendly, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, ready to help find anything or put together the perfect gift. The space is much larger than the previous mall location. The store is also pet-friendly, offering hundreds of quality products and the world's best 3-wick candles in many new holiday fragrances.
This is a very nice store. My mom and my wife particularly love it. These in line power center outlets are nicer in my opinion than the old mall stores because they’re larger and have a better selection as a rule. There’s easier access to the product. The customer service at this location is above par. The staff helped me find the soaps I needed, and the checkout process was very smooth, with the staff even offering to ensure we were signed up for the points program. The store is also immaculate and orderly.

Maddie is the best! She does a great job with the displays and is super friendly and helpful. I have way too many hand soaps!
