Mike and Mike who work here were outstanding! I was in need of a fixing for my destroyed IPhone screen and they were able to fix it and help me within a matter of 10 minutes. I am extremely grateful for them for the help especially since I am not from the area, thank you Mike and Mike!

I came here to drop off some old lithium batteries to recycle with no intention to buy anything, and the two guys working were incredibly helpful and nice. I've never been here but I would easily come here again if I ever need any batteries or bulbs.

Crew was friendly and knowledgeable. Swapped my battery fast. I don’t want to buy a new battery any time soon, but I’d go back there if I did need one.

I go here to get my batteries for my watches. Better than paying 25-30 dollars from jewelery store. Pleasant atmosphere and the guy knows what he's doing. Has a pleasant attitude and is very pleasant. Recommend highly, would give ten stars.

I'll admit I only go when I absolutely have to. A battery of some sort. The Mikes are great personable, knowledgeable and always so helpful. They never up charge you or just sell you a battery when you don't need one. I truly trust and appreciate them. Amazing A1 customer service.

I needed a key replacement for my car and the dealer was asking for astronomical prices. Called Batteries plus, they told me it'd be 135 for everything and when I came in and it was even cheaper! Thr gentleman working were absolutely helpful and so nice! Highly recommend going to Batteries Plus in Bourbonnais!!!! If I could give 100 star rating I would!

This store has helped me find exactly what I need, and even has suggestions of related things I wanted to get as well. The staff has been helpful, and are knowledgeable every time I've gone there. The prices and assistance are fantastic.

Fantastic customer service! — yet again! If you’re reading this review, go see Mike. He’s fantastic. I’ve been a mechanic for 30 years, and this guy knows his stuff. I could have bought a battery from Walmart, but I can tell you this… the quality of the wallmart brand battery is not worth the price difference. I recommend going with these guys.

He was very friendly. He put a new battery for my key fob. He got it done in two minutes. It was snow ❄️ on the day and he didn’t want me to come back to pick it up.
