I dropped in a couple times during vacation. James and David were very welcoming and did very well instructing and encouraging the class. I will plan to drop in again on my next vacation here!

I started at this gym about 9 months ago. We were intimidated to start but it turned out to be a great group of people who accept everyone. Every day is different and challenging. David has a lot of knowledge to share. I truly enjoy every class. Its adaptable for any skill set and any fitness level. Give it a try!!

I have been going to CrossFit Bourbonnais over a year now. The first few months I started with the Builder Program and progressed into the Crossfit classes. Hands down it was the best decision I have made to continue my fitness journey with David and his staff. I've been a runner all my life so CrossFit for me is going way outside my comfort zone. The classes are never the same and can be scaled to fit each person's ability. Again, joining Crossfit Bourbonnais was one of the best decisions I've ever made and worth every penny!

This place is more than just a gym. CrossFit is a place that you come workout out at but also receive guidance, support, knowledge, motivation, and way more. This place has been a place for me to expand my knowledge and courage. Not only have I experienced working out here under all the fantastic trainer I also did my internship here and couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience. I train several evenings. When I started with David I was unable to get a single pull-up. But, after several months of diligent work I was finally able to get my first pull-up! This was over 5 years ago. Since then I have maintained my fitness, even after having our first baby girl. I highly recommend both our CrossFit program and David for his personal training. My name is Brianna. I was a former athlete at CrossFit Más a few years ago and now I am interning at CrossFit Bourbonnais. It has always been a positive environment, perfect for whole life transformations.
David, the owner, holds a CrossFit Level 2 certificate among other extra courses, i.e. the running course. He is very knowledgeable and will really help you with your physical ability.
David looks at the way you move to see what muscular imbalances you have and will work with you to correct them. He teaches you how to move correctly and won't give more complicated skills or techniques until you have mastered the basics (important in any event..but definitely with how you move!)
CrossFit is a great way to improve your physical and mental capacities. It teaches you how to move your body efficiently in time and space. It helps with coordination, balance, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance, and more! CrossFit is really a way of life. It teaches you so much about yourself..you really do get surprised by what you are capable of!
CrossFit is for anyone..but it seems like it attracts people who want something better, both for themselves and for their community. It attracts people who want to continuously improve themselves. Why wouldn't you want to? You have one body, one life, build your body to last a lifetime! CrossFit can help.
David also offers a Builder Program which is for people who are true beginners or who have been out of exercise or physical activity for a while.
I would recommend CrossFit Bourbonnais. David is a fantastic trainer and has a great attitude. It is healthy to be around people like this...who want to see you improve!
