The pharmacist Mark is fantastic. We have had so many situations thst he has helped us through. When the doctor's office sent the wrong prescription he got it fixed with them quickly. When we were having trouble getting a glucose monitor through the insurance he got it put through. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We won't go anywhere else!

If you come here, make sure Mark is the pharmacist. He's a good ol'boy who treats you with respect. He's the best pharmacist I've ever encountered. Beware the pharmacists who think they are doctors. If your doctor sends in a script, they intend for it to be filled, not when the " pharmacist " thinks it should be.

Unacceptable Customer Service provided by store Pharmacy Manager Michael Mennella. I have called with concerns about late prescription refill and Manager was extremely rude to me. Not only misplaced his last prescription and had outdated doctor information but also with rude tone of voice told me:" Contact your doctor - this conversation is over!" and he hang-up on me. We are definitely looking for different pharmacy, I am filing official complaint with Customer Service Relations Department. Operational Manager Should look in to this store and store manager looking for replacement. Manager who do not know how to solve problems and provide excellent customer service should not hold this position .Best RegardsBarbara Hansen

Poor service! Pharmacy tech was extremely rude , because I arrived 20min before her lunch! Pharmacist and technician extremely unprofessional, talking about “ ignorant “ customers who bring their scripts during their lunch time… the pharmacy lunch is 1:30-2pm.. I would have happily have come back to pick it up.. I dropped it off at 1:05pm . Major Hippa Violations,pharmacy Tech screamed in a busy store “ what’s the patients birthdate and address” excuse me, all you have to do is professionally take me aside and I’ll tell you… both the pharmacists and Tech unprofessional talking about how stupid Dr offices are , just because the birthdate and address are not on the script… excuse me but if your unhappy with your job , just leave! Don’t take it out on the customers!!

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. After my surgery, they sent me two text messages saying my prescription was ready. So I called ahead of time to tell them the situation and that my grandfather was coming to pick it up, they said all he needs is to know my name and birthday. Well when he gets there, they don’t have my prescription ready and it won’t be ready until tomorrow. Okay cool, I guess I’ll go a full day after surgery without painkillers. Next day I get another text message saying it’s ready again, so my grandpa goes and they try charging him $30 because he doesn’t have my insurance card, after they just told me on the phone he doesn’t need it. After I get on the phone with them they “miraculously” found my insurance card in the system. So if you want to go days without your medicine and enjoy getting scammed out of money, this is the pharmacy for you! Unreal.

Was good before CVS. My Dr. sent scripts almost every month and staff kept saying they never got anything. I ran out of my Rx for almost a week while I waited for them to figure out what was going on and they basically blamed me for it. I switched pharmacies and now I don't have an issue. I'm sure the staff doesn't care about losing a few patients but do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

After reading reviews I was worried about service. I had to switch to cvs because of insurance. I've seen longer lines at other pharmacies and the staff was quick to serve everyone and was pleasant doing so. It's still early in my switch to this pharmacy so in a few months I'll be back with an update.

Horrible service slower than a turtle. Person helping pharmacist wouldnt make eye contact. If you use this location I suggest you find a new location.
