“My wife and I got new phones today. I want to make sure Jordan that took care of us is recognized. Great customer skills, patient, helped us call verizon waited with us till verizon sorted their end out. Jordan waited for me on hold I had to step away from the counter 2 times keep in mind fixing things on verizons end took almost 2 hours, he also talked to the person at verizon with us. He is patient and made sure all the T's and crossed and i s dotted.He is a true asset to the store.”
