Been going for about a year. Owner Mike is great guy. Very conversational. He's always making improvements and adding equipment. Lots of variety. Free weights. Machines. Cardio. Even has a heavy area and a posing room. High recommend.

This Gym is old school and everyone here seems like they mean business definitely coming back and canceling my PF
