I worked at best buy for 20 years. As i try to adjust my wires and speakers it seems we used to hire circus animals. I did not hire them but someome at district best buy did. As I sit and try to organize it, its a joke. Good luck and if you do hire them in this area watch their work. Every second. I should of. Go local. This local store is absolutely horrible trust me. I grand opened this store 15 years ago. Left 8 years ago

cant even give them a 1 star rating. went there to get a new cord for my laptop. was certain it was the cord. went to geek squad to assure my other half. They immediately told me I had a VERY old laptop and it could be anything. She got another cord and plugged it in and stated yep it is the computer, not just the cord. Well needless to say I went to my local guy and it was the $30 cord. Cant trust the I wont EVER go there again
