Always great service. They are very kind and actually answer the phone when you call!! They are super helpful too. They signed my fiance up for an account and went through every step and were very patient. Highly recommend switching to this pharmacy!

I use to like this pharmacy. I was treated with respect. Today I tried to fill my Adderall prescription. I was told by the pharmacist. I have 15 different providers. He said they will not fill any controlled substances for me anymore. I asked why he gave me a very poor excuse. I explained to him that I have 4 providers at the moment. My psychiatrist, my primary. He's on vacation until September unfortunately. So another Doctor is filling in for him. I had one prescription from her. It wasn't even Controlled. The rest of the doctors were urgent care and ER doctors. He wouldn't listen to me. He said I pretty much have been abusing my medication. And I am not I take all of my medication as prescribed. Unfortunately I have 5 Controlled substances. I have to go to different pharmacies. Because a lot of times they don't have any of my medication. I was treated very badly and was treated like I did something illegal. If you happen to have Controlled substances. I cannot stress this enough. PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE DON'T GO TO THIS KROGER LOCATION!!!!

Don't bother yourself going to this store franchise. They use to have the lowest price around, now there are a joke. For instance, they pretend to give you 10 cents off gas for every 100.00 you spend. This is a gimmick. They list the gas higher and pretend they are giving you a discount. Just go to Meijer and get it for the same price Kroger is pretending to discount. I stopped going to the deli section all together. They have rigged the scales so bad that 5 or 6 slices equal a pound. The deli section used to be so busy now people just walk by. Everything in Koger deli section is around 13.99 a pound. Just go to Jewels better quality, freshness and price. For example, Kroger honey maple turkey is 13.99 a pound and the same brand at Jewels was 8.99 a pound. I go to Jewels now after going to Kroger for years.

Don't shop here! Quality has gone down hill dramatically and the store has been a mess. DEI is ruining the business! They support child abuse!

I switched to Kroger pharmacy 8 years ago from another popular pharmacy. I’ve always had great service and rarely have to wait too long at the window, saving me time and frustration!

I have this weird thing about stopping at grocery stores that aren't the usual ones I go to. The Chicagoland area kind of has a monopoly with Jewel and then there's always Mariano's, Heinen's, Aldi, Walmart, etc. This is a very very small Kroger but it was nice and clean and has pretty much everything you would expect. I'm looking forward to the espresso cheese I found in the deli area! Picking up some local beer from Brickstone Brewery was nice too. I would come back here.

These folks were very helpful from start to finish, My first experience using kroger pharmacy and was a little skeptical, However once i entered the building, told them my name, gave them my insurance information and what i was there to pick up, I was done & walking out in under 10 minutes...That is so so dang nice,

Today at ten am I went to pick up a prescription that was called in yesterday....almost 24 hours ago... I have a baby and I had to come inside to pick it up. It was not ready.,which is not a problem. I was willing to wait but they would not fill it until 1 pm. The drive through was closed and there was not one person waiting. NOT ONE. I asked them if they could please fill it while I waited as I have a 4 month old and it is not easy to bring her into the store. (I had the baby with me) The answer was no. This is all fine except seriously there was not ONE customer AT ALL. I know they are backlogged. But I don't understand why they would not take care of the customers that are actually physically there.

I always go here for gift cards, Izze, food, and other stuff. They have great sales every week. The employees are super nice and make sure our safety and our visit is a great experience

If i could give 0 stars I would kroger employees are racist how can a company run with racist employees i will never step foot in this establishment ever again in my life terrible customer service the so called manager ignored my comments about one of the employees when i was trying to get help to just hurry and sho me out of the place , they accused me of lying about prices and when i went to take a photo they felt stupid why was i accused of lying well it's obvious im black in America CORPORATE NEEDS TO MONITOR THIS PLACE needs new management asap or they will continuously go downhill!
