It's a grocery store. Not cheap in any way. At times they have a sales but if it's not on sale don't buy it for it will be cheaper somewhere nearby such as walmart.

Line is 10 plus people long and only one section of the new self check outs is being used. 6 unused self check outs with the line being out of control. The new self check outs with conveyer belts appear to slow down the process, but the fact that this store has spent capital on additional self check outs only to neglect the needed self check outs when the lines are out of control speaks to some issues. Only one employee manning self check outs is not enough. Sorry to give a negative review, but it appears this store needs more dedicated workers manning the needed self checkouts. Please fix.

Only 1 full service checkout lane open . 7 people in 1 lane . The whole reason to go to Kroger is for the service. The somewhat higher prices used to be for the extra service (checkout clerk and bagger) . Obviously that's gone

This world has become so lazy ??♀️ if you don't have a medical condition or disability SHOP FOR YOUR OWN GROCERIES!!!! I see a lot of people on here complaining about wrong orders put into their car ??♀️ It's sad that able-bodied people can't shop for themselves......

Horrible customer service. Had a Kroger card registered. Now it does not show up when i log in. Store said call cs, cs says go to the store. Guess they want me to stay with Jewel who's cards recognize my phone number and email. Kroger no help whats so ever.

Nice store. They can be short staffed at times, and that makes it a long wait at check out. Clean store. Some things are outdated as far as the building goes, but overall, I recommend shopping here.

Don't bother yourself going to this store franchise. They use to have the lowest price around, now there are a joke. For instance, they pretend to give you 10 cents off gas for every 100.00 you spend. This is a gimmick. They list the gas higher and pretend they are giving you a discount. Just go to Meijer and get it for the same price Kroger is pretending to discount. I stopped going to the deli section all together. They have rigged the scales so bad that 5 or 6 slices equal a pound. The deli section used to be so busy now people just walk by. Everything in Koger deli section is around 13.99 a pound. Just go to Jewels better quality, freshness and price. For example, Kroger honey maple turkey is 13.99 a pound and the same brand at Jewels was 8.99 a pound. I go to Jewels now after going to Kroger for years.
