Bought a rental unit and financed it through Muncipal. What a excellent experience from beginning to end. Kathy personally called me with the approval for my loan. Had to go back a few months later and refinance my house....same great customer service. Rebecca was the loan officer and handled both transactions flawlessly. Highly recommend them.

Use to be a good family bank my family has banked here for years but as a bussiness Owner that has banked with these guys for over 15 years myself and have inquired about services that the bank needed And to not even have the opportunity to bid is a slap in the face

Therese put us at ease as we were signing so many documents. Very nice and personal staff. Marsha and Kathy are great! I love the nod to the french roots of our community in the decorating. The tile pattern is uniquely french. And who doesn't love the lions standing guard over our money. : ). I love that they offer paid donation parking for the Friendship Festival. The proceeds benefit our community.

Such great customer service! They know you by name soon as you walk in and they have a beautiful dog there to greet you and is welcome to receiving a nice petting. Piper has to be my favorite part of going to the bank!
