I would always recommend Puter Pros to anyone with computer questions/concerns or even just for custom builds. Having made use of their services in years past, they still maintain the same work ethic and professionalism. Did a simple drop-off of two desktops to have them combine the best of both into one PC today and can't wait to see the results!

I have using Puter Pros for over 8 years now. Every tine I have a question, Steve the owner is the go to person. Steve has just put in 5 new computers at my company and we are more than pleased with them.I always recommend them because they are a family business that cares and gives back to the community.

I was actually recommended to come here for my liquid damaged macbook. I go in and get half acknowledged and I tried to explain my situation to whomever was at the front desk. (What happened, how my computer reacted, the initial care for the device prior to bringing it in) Seemed like he didn’t really care to hear what I had to say. Just asked my name and phone number. I attempted to maybe explain again, and he brushes me off with “yeah we will just give you a call”. I never got a call so the next day I had to call them myself and whoever picked up the phone sounded irritated and blandly stated my motherboard is “pretty much fried” and that I “might as well buy a new computer”. Didn’t give me a quote of a motherboard, or anything. Lousy response & I almost don’t even believe my Macbook was looked at. Even if it was, there is a professional way to interact and communicate with your customers. Not very personable. Not a good experience. I figured the macbook was done for, but as a student, I had to try. But this interaction just grinds my teeth.

PuterPros has been exceptional in their support of our IT needs at St. Paul's Lutheran Church and School. Our inhouse IT Director retired a year ago and and we needed to replace that knowledge base and expertise. PuterPros provides on-site and remote support in a very timely manner, much needed in a school environment. Their knowledge of hardware and software including networks and backup services has proven invaluable.

I'm not very tech saavy. My desktop was knocked out during a power outage and/update combo.Puter Pros fixed it. Price was VERY affordable. They saved the photos!!!!They are Pros who are not overpriced and were very friendly, too

We have a son studying at Olivet University. Needless to say, he is very dependant on his laptop for all classwork. When a major mechanical failure happened, we reached out to several area computer repair businesses. All the folks at Puter Pros were extremely informative, honest and helpful at every level. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, advise us the cost to repair, secure the parts, and have it ready for pick-up with remarkably fast turn around. We (and he!) are very appreciative!

Wonderful speedy service and great kind guys. Have been taking my computers there for years very helpful and I so appreciate the guys carrying stuff to my car for me and making a house call too a few hours after I called.
