Terrible customer service! Had a technician work on a washer. They fixed one problem and caused another. Called and they sent another tech out and were told we would have to pay for a new part and labor. Told they don't guarantee their work. Don't waste your money a simple hose replacement will cost over $300. Also, trying to talk with an actual person is nearly impossible!

Bait and switch. They sent me three emails telling me what time they would arrive today, then arbitrarily, and without calling, changed my service appointment to two weeks from today. They do not do what they say, when they say they will help
