Horrible as usual. Drive-thru closed again. Waited on the phone for 42 minutes for someone to answer and I called three times. Get some help

The worst pharmacy! Slower than molasses, always out of various prescriptions, and worst of all- they do not answer the phone and are extremely rude. So many better options in the area.

I have decided against using this pharmacy ever again. They are so understaffed and give the worst service and wait time of any Walgreens I've ever used. Save yourself the time and go ANYWHERE else.

Horrible place! I have spent all day calling trying to get my daughter’s meds filled! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Bourbonnais Walgreens pharmacy is full of dishonest employees who have a reputation for stealing pills from people's controlled substance prescriptions! I would never recommend that anyone takes their prescriptions to the Bourbonnais Walgreens pharmacy. They have stolen pills from my prescriptions and many other people's controlled substance prescriptions. I was smart enough to switch all of my prescriptions to the Bourbonnais Osco pharmacy and they are fantastic. When they stole out of my prescriptions, I happened to put up a post on The Talk Of The Town Bourbonnais Facebook page to ask if anyone else had problems with the Bourbonnais Walgreens pharmacy. I couldn't believe it when at least 30 other people posted that they had also had their controlled substances stolen by the pharmacy. I also learned that Walgreens has had to fire quite a few different pharmacy personnel because they were caught stealing pills. The last straw was when a family member made the mistake of having his prescription sent to Bourbonnais Walgreens pharmacy and they charged the insurance company for 28 hydrocodone pills and they stole 5 of the pills out of his prescription. They denied that they shorted his prescription, like they always do. It's very apparent that the Bourbonnais Walgreens pharmacy is stealing from people's controlled substance prescriptions. The corporate office is fully aware of the problem with the Bourbonnais Walgreens pharmacy, yet they refuse to do anything. Guess who does care about a dishonest pharmacy that steals controlled substances? The DEA. They have been contacted about the issues with the Bourbonnais Walgreens. They have also been reported to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION for fraudulently charging my health insurance company for 28 pills and for stealing 5 of the pills. The FTC instructed me to call The Illinois Attorney General's office about the issue. I hope that the DEA shuts the Bourbonnais Walgreens pharmacy down ASAP. If you have no other choice to switch pharmacies, please make sure that you count your prescriptions right at the pharmacy counter before you leave. You have the right to count your prescriptions right away. Do not make the mistake of trusting the Bourbonnais Walgreens pharmacy. They are the world's worst pharmacy that has thieves working behind the counter.

This might be the worst pharmacy in the continental US. If there was an annual award for slowest service, lack of urgency, and poor employee aptitude this pharmacy would win without issue.Imagine for a moment if a post-apocalyptic pharmacy was suddenly overtaken by a group of disobedient 9 year olds…that fictional pharmacy would still run smoother than this disgraceful place. Avoid completely!

Good luck actually talking to the pharmacy department on the phone. It rings and rings then they pick up the phone and set it down. Was on hold for 25 minutes and had to call back all for 1 question. I'd give minus stars if it was possible.

Avoid this pharmacy if you value your time, accuracy, and good customer service. This place with suck your time up because they can never get any correct. Do yourself a favor and pick a different pharmacy.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst Walgreens I've ever been to. I needed photos printed for a funeral and they were supposed to be ready at 4:30. I showed up at 5:30, waited at the photo counter for 10 minutes before someone ever came over to help me (yes, I pushed the help button), and then the man that came over told me he couldn't find the photos and that they hadn't been printed yet. Then he proceeded to tell me that he couldn't print them or get anyone to and I'd have to wait until tomorrow morning when someone else was there and just walked away. I'm not able to come back tomorrow, it's a 30 minute drive. WHY DO YOU HAVE PICKUP TIMES IF THEY'RE NOT GOING TO BE READY AT THE TIME STATED??? I even gave an extra hour to make sure. And then to say I'd have to come back tomorrow and just walk away, absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, the man with the beard kept calling me honey and sweetie, I was extremely disgusted by his behavior, not professional at all. Horrible customer service, horrible experience, will be taking my photo needs elsewhere like CVS from now on.

Worst experience thought maybe it was just a bad day but I’ve had some issue every time I’ve been there for myself and even picking stuff up for my grandkids lack of compassion and absolutely total disregard for who the people they are supposed to help not to mention the comments and how they make you feel if you ask to many questions unless you have choice I would not use them

the only way to fix this Walgreens would be to close it! the auto message is hilarious though, now excepting KROGER PATIENTS! who in their right mind would switch to this Walgreens. from Kroger. I have had enough! I have been waiting for 4 days and today they tell me it gets filled in Kankakee and brought over so we have to wait another day! value your sanit, move on.

I have been on hold for 1 hour and 55 minutes just trying to reach a live person (and still waiting as I type). Despite having given instructions to not run one of my medications through insurance because the insurance will never pay for it, they run it through insurance every single month. That means I have to call every single month to tell them not to run it through insurance. When you call, you cannot get a live person to answer! I will most likely be on hold until they close and then be disconnected.

I have more problems getting prescriptions filled. I submitted my refills on line yesterday. I get a call that they ready. Go there…there’s only 2 out of 4 ready. I look online, they are still filling one. The other says there’s a technical problem, call them. So now I call to talk to a pharmacist and gave up after an hour. Their service is the worst. Go elsewhere! Iam leaving. This is not the only time this happened to me.
