The employee was standing outside on his phone when I arrived. After heading in, the employee proceeded to doodle on paper rather than look at me while I explained my issue. He cut me off while I was speaking to tell me he couldn't help me and acted like I was a terrible inconvenience. Customer service is just lacking. I understand that my issue may not have been able to be solved, but there's still something to be said for giving a customer the courtesy of eye contact and undistracted conversation when the store is completely empty. Will head up to the New Lenox location next time. They're always on the ball.

Zero stars. A fraudster used this store to hijack my phone number and the staff allowed it to happen. Fraudster then hacked my Venmo and applied for credit using my phone number for 2FA.

The lady wasn't helpful and was very rude, very nasty. Said she was the manager and wouldn't get me info to call higher up. Lied about everything. Never helped us with anything. Said I'm not helping you call this number. Seriously, you are getting paid for what, then? I'm going to not even use at&t anymore. Lost us as a family for good for your company. Come to find out, she said she did the claim number. Come to find out, she didn't even do the claim like she said. Lied to us about everything. Wow won't do what you get paid for and lie to us. Unbelievable.

Called days prior to coming and the associate claimed we could transfer data from a phone with a broken screen (you can't use) and was told they could still switch the info, only to find out that was not the truth when we arrived. On top of that, who ever was to open showed up 30min after store was closed. I'd give 1 or 2 stars but that's just mean. She was a little helpful in pointing us in right direction

Carmen was very pleasant and helpful. She could've used some help while we were at store. Some customers left the store. Overall great experience.

No phones out to show. Only one girl working. She was very nice and helpful, but it was busy.

Tasha Marie at the ATT Bradley store was the only employee working due to a no call no show employee and she was beyond fantabulous. She was multi tasking helping 3 different customers at once. I recommend her for employee of the year for ATT! She answered all our questions and took the time to explain the ones we didnt know the answers to. She was polite courteous and you could tell she loved her job! A+ for Tasha Marie
