Best car wash in town for sure. Service department does a good job and helped me with cutting and programming a key for my Toyota. Only thing is that I wish they could get the key faster. It took 3 days.

Went there yesterday to have oil change n tires rotated. Only to walk out to car today Sunday and oil everywhere on top of that my tires weren't even rotated and fluids such as washer fluid wasn't even refilled.. will not be returning thank you to Manteno Quick Lube for being open on a Sunday and helping this girl out much better service. Not only was the o ring left off they also put in wrong filter. on left was wrong filter on rt correct one.

I went in to get an oil change they act like they did my oil change didn’t put a new sticker in my window made me pay for the oil change. Then I got home my oil light came back on couldn’t come right back because I had to work now my car has oil leaking when I park. Worse experience they is a rip off

Attendant folded my side mirror the wrong way. By the time it went through the car wash my mirror came completely off. They put it back on; however, there is a piece of my mirror missing. They refuse to take responsibility for the damage. Small claims here we come!

Treat workers poorly. Management isn’t the best in case you want to work as lube/ auto tech BIG red flag. Not the workers fault just management. My babies got RSV and Influenza A and Bruno called me because he said my husband was a liar for coming in late for helping me with the babies. He Worked alone for a month because everyone walked out on them. Never gave him a raise or appreciated for him staying and working over time from Monday to Saturday from 8-5 . They blocked me from Facebook so I wouldn’t say anything but honestly apply somewhere else, this place ain’t worth it. Bruno claims that he said he didn’t have a dr note that our son was sick when we took the oldest to urgent care( if he needed that he could’ve called me to pick up the note from the urgent care not call to question about it if he had made his decision. what was the point of that!) and when Bruno called I specifically told him I was taking him to the dr that day to get double checked because he was still getting worse . I have the documentation that he has influenza A and RSV. That place was just being petty because at this point he wants to calls us liarsI will never lie about my sons health. New born is on look out in case the RSV hits him and has to be hospitalized (he sees his dr on Monday) . I’m telling you this job doesn’t care if Family if first??♀️ I’m just mad because he CALLED ME. To question me ???? Like if we’re liars if you wanted to just fire him just fire him why drag me into it and making it seem like we lie about our child healths ??? And plus why block us from the company Facebook page because you’re scared of what ? For saying anything ????

6/27/23 UPDATE: I received a call back from the GM, to which was very pleasant. He kindly is refunding me with a few free washes for the trouble and will be making sure staff is more educated on the importance of immediate action being taking with skimmer reports. To everyone please BE aware of skimmers and please report them as soon as you notice any odd activity on your cards or notice the hold amount being changed before the transaction completes in your account, the longer the skimmers sit the more it hurts other card users and the businesses! Or opt for cash instead.READ BEFORE GOING!!! I came here Saturday 6/24/23 I never should have used my card. I paid $10 for a wash and Monday 6/26/23 my card notified me at 4pm that my price had changed from $10 to $20! I immediately called the wash & notified staff to which I was told the GM would not be in until the next day but I could leave a voicemail for him. I let staff know there was possibly a skimmer in their 2nd wash selector to which she did not seem like she cared or would do anything about it. If you go here do not use your card. I am hoping the GM calls back today to fix this issue. But if you are told that you possibly have a skimmer you should be closing down your selector and checking for it if you do know how put a sign up. DO NOT LET PEOPLE GET THEIR CARDS SKIMMED THIS IS MORALLY WRONG!!!

To Whom it May Concern, We have been a customer for years and have brought multiple vehicles to you for service. Your service used to be above and beyond superb. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. Our latest visit for our 2015 Malibu was a big disappointment and the couple of visits before were just subpar.The last visit om 02/24 though clinched it. Invoice # 1016062. We were greeted well when we first walked in but not impressed after that. Your two techs didn't seem to be eager to work as they strolled into the garage from the customer waiting area. Then stood around inside the garage for what, I don't know but there were no other customers/cars inside at the time. They did eventually change our oil and then pulled the car out without saying a word at all. The young lady at the desk gave me the receipt. I then asked for the inspection report and was told, "Oh they didn't find anything" at which time I said I would still like the report. We always get one. I thought it was part of the oil change. She said I have to request it. then She replied, "would you like them to pull it back in and check everything?" I said no thanks. I just want the report which she then gave me my receipt. Then on Mon. 02/27 I noticed a stains in my driveway. At first I thought it was from my Son's older truck but after he investigated it he said it was from the Malibu. He then got under the car to investigate and found the drain plug loose and he tightened it. No more leak. Luckily there was only a little oil loss so no damage was done. I contacted the store and was told I'd have to bring it in for them to inspect it. I don't need it inspected. The problem has been corrected. I am sorry to say but I have lost confidence in your staff and can not return for service there due to that. We still wish you all the best and future success but we will be taking our vehicles to a different vender.However from a retail point of view by not doing the Inspection Your Employees are not helping you make money. You could be cross selling other product such as Windshield wipers blades, Tires or just general maintenance other than Oil changes.Never got a response !

Long time cust.. Used to be great! I mean really great! Seems staffing has changed and so has the "lack of" service. Emailed with my concerns but got no repley at all. Sadly, it's time to find another more competant service center now.

It was nice to be able to vacuum my car before washing it. That’s unusual at car wash’s that I’ve been to. Thank you for being different!!
