“My engagement ring had a prong come loose. Took it here and it was fixed in three business days. Repair looks good, and they cleaned the ring before returning (which I’m sure is standard for jewelry stores). The cleaning looked so so good. They said they do free cleanings any time. My repair for a loose prong was $85. Would definitely go back.”
