Love the new store. Lighting is fantastic. The backlighting and shelf lighting really helps see the colors when you need to. They did a great job.

Very kind and friendly staff, and the place was very tidy and organized. The layout is phenomenal and not cramped, and they're pet-friendly so my dog and I had a great time walking around and doing some shopping.

Do not buy anything at the Bradley, IL store at this time, their closing down store sales is a reap off. I bought clothing materials at this store; most of the items are on last change sales both online and at other stores, but the Bradley store charged me the regular prices despite the sales sticker on the items. I get just the 40% moving sales off of the items, instead of it being addition to the sales price. At the end of the day paid 300% more than I wound have paid if I bought it online or at the other stores that is not closing down. I was changed $29.99 for items that were on sales for $6 online and at the stores. Buying up to 7 to 8 yards means you wasted $70 to $80 on just one item. I bought over 10 different materials. It’s fraud, do not be deceived. Buy at the store were you can get your refund if not satisfied.

Joann fabrics in Bradley IL is a very small store. So sometimes it doesn't have some items you may want. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable, and always cheerful. They are the 5 stars at this store. I just hope JoAnns and management knows this. Thankyou for always being so kind and friendly

Store was really well organized especially for later in the day on black Friday. Not enough staff to help but that's understandable. I had to hold our 5 yr old up to grab a few things kept on the very top shelf. Some of those long sticks to grab things up high would've been nice too. Checkout lady was really helpful with coupons and I appreciate that.
