Called this Kia to check the availability of a Hyundai Tucson. Called spoke with Keith, he told me the car was available didn’t speak of any issues with the vehicle. Drove 45 to this dealership and luckily when I got there there mentioned the vehicle has transmission issues. I believe that should have been mentioned on the phone. I’m sure this was a bate and switch to try to get to look at a new car.

Bought a car, it was lovely, the problem was the paperwork, they got our information wrong like it was our fault, and he was just unpleasant & said they wouldn't fix it & they didn't feel like fixing it, but either way I got the car but it was a bother, but overall decent cars just awful customer service

On 6/28/2024 we had our 2023 KIA Carnival in for service. We were very impressed by our service advisor Joshua Plevell. We have a service package purchased when we purchased our KIA in Tempe AZ. He reached out to the service package provider and got many of the items covered. He, also, answered or found someone to answer questions about our KIA such as where is the spare tire and how do we gain access to it. We will definitely be back for service at this dealership.

Worst dealership experience ever. Their commercial is a joke. Don't waste your time. The financial department Mike was the worst. I had more than enough income to buy a used car with my trade in but, they just wanted to finance a newer vehicle or cash sale for used cars. Daniel the salesman hands were tied. Daniel is awesome and understanding.
