Worst customer service ever. Customer service is supposed to call specialists to help with special orders and they do not respond. Managers do not respond. Even the Sales people do not respond to your request for assistance. I waited patiently for 30 minutes waiting for someone to respond for assistance. Come to find out department lead had walked right by and manager was at lunch. Sales guy told (who knew how to handle request) told them to call someone else. Another employee told me to drive to New Lenox.

The New Garden manager is so intensely rude, I'd label him UnAmerican. He does not treat a customer as an asset but as an annoyance. Zero management skills. Not at all attentive, apologetic, literally scoffs if approached or try to speak directly to him.

When you buy a major appliance from Lowes and they ask you if you want the extended warranty, NEVER EVER purchase it! What they don't tell you is the extended warranty has nothing to do with lowes, it's through assurance. I found out the hard way. We bought a washer and dryer from them, bought the warranty and 1 1/2 years later they both went out. Called Lowes and found out right away they wanted nothing to do with me or the warranty!! Called Assurance and it's even worse!! A month later I called Assurance Corporation. I was assisted by Brady who has single handedly helped me. Never will I shop at Lowes again!

Lowes has changed a lot from the past for the better and having new workers but they still need more employees. But you can’t do much when it is the people that need apply for a job that offers a minimum wage of $13.50 per hour for those out of high school.

Oh no! The Bradley Lowes is not the one you want to visit! Better to find another, my pick is the one in New Lenox. I've had too many negative experiences with Bradley Lowes, customer service is mediocre at best. My last straw was trying to buy a mattress (in a box) nobody around to help us, to place it on the cart, which took me on a search to find. Then to pay... one cashier..two employees standing around trying to undo a problem for the customer. I decided to pay at the self check, plenty of those. It was working, till I entered the coupon the Lowes sent me. Big mistake! Price went up, no discount taken. Help light went on. Two extra were busy acting like they didn't see us at the self check, lines are getting longer. Another customer needs help. Long story short, after an employee unsuccessfully tried to fix the problem, I took my coupon and left. They lost a $700 sale! Went to New Lenox, got same mattress, very helpful cashier, in and out in 10 minutes! Very happy! Worth the drive to go there.

Every time I go into this Lowes I have to search for someone to help me. The staff seems to migrate and chit chat but when you get nearby they disperse and disappear. I ordered blinds to be delivered to my house, they told me it would be 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I called the Lowes customer service and they could not find my order. I called the store and after speaking to several different people was told I had to come into the store which I did. Again, several staff were involved as nobody seemed to know how to access the order. Finally a woman said it's right here, it should be delivered on Monday. After not receiving the blinds the following Wednesday I called the store. I was placed on hold several times for over 25 minutes. The girl said she was on hold with the company and would call me back. She did and said the company never received the order. My credit card was charged when I ordered it. If the order was never received why was I told when it was to be delivered? Did the staff just tell me anything to get rid of me?I spent more than 2 hours on the phone and in the store trying to track down the order! I was told to come into the store as the manager said he would issue a refund. It will be a long time before I return to this Lowes. The staff really needs more training!

I ordered some doors, etc for some home improvement projects. Paid for home delivery. The first truck came, said he didn't want to come down the drive because of the snow. After speaking to my son, they did. No problem, getting back out, problem. They took out an AT&T line, ran over several boxes of junk I had on the side of my drive for trash day, scattering it all over and just left. My neighbor called the delivery guy about the downed line and the driver said it was my fault for wanting the delivery to come to the house. I have a long driveway, i paid for home delivery. Second truck comes later in the afternoon, says can't get to the house because of the downed line. Says will note they couldn't make the delivery and I need to reschedule. I check my order status today and it says it was delivered. WTH! I understand they outsource for delivery but maybe they need to get some reliable people?

My first walk through of the season. Seemed that everything that was supposed to bloom was. Everything appeared to be fresh. Only bad thing is that my wife will be back soon, and we'll be down a few hundred bucks or so.

The selection of everything in the garden shop is awesome. They had 3 registers open this morning. Getting g in and out was a breeze.

Crazy place. Had to place a special order for wood that messed it up twice then when I receive confirmation is was ready for pick up no one there knew where to send me then the last said it was not the right product which it was finally got out of that place asap
