Very helpful and kind lady named Amber was amazing. She was patient and really gave me her time and effort to make the Meijer pharmacy experience a wonderful one for me. Customers Please be patient with the workers they are doing all they can and are trying their best to help you, they are people too and deserve to be treated with respect. Thank you Amber for being amazing! Keep up the great work!

The team could not be any nicer and help me. I especially want to thank Tyler for taking extra care of me. He does an awesome job everyday! I have several illnesses and they always treat me very kindly, unlike other places have been. Could not be a better pharmacy in town.

Had a really difficult time getting correct information and assistance from the Walgreens pharmacy in town. Tried to get what I needed through Meijer, and Trisha (I think that is her name) the pharmacist has been SO helpful. She looks into what you need, calls you back as necessary, is proactive, and has great customer service. Compared to other pharmacies, Trisha does a great job at working with her customers.

Unprofessional staff like to hang up on you without resolving any insurance issues that you call to discuss!!! They tell me to call my insurance, I did, and they say there's nothing they can do on their end it's the pharmacy issue and this has been going on for the past 3 months now!! Usually whoever is working is able to fix it but I had to pay out of pocket for my scripts this month and shouldn't have to!!

The workers hang up or don't answer when you call. I work for a psychiatrist office. There is times where it's urgent to reach a pharmacy. Today I called 4 times with no answers and with being hung up on. Not only are they doing this to the doctors offices, it's patients as well. At least have some decency to put people on hold.

Every time I get a text message saying that my meds are ready and then when I get there, they always say additional 20 to 30 minutes my prescription is never ready when I get there I always have to be inconvenienced and do a little extra shopping just to get my medicine that was supposed to be done maybe a day ago I don’t know what the problem is I don’t know if they wait till you get there to start but it needs to change they waste peoples time now today I come, and they tell me 20 minutes and then when I come back, they tell me the systems down 20 more minutes mind you the er put this in last night it’s 11am

Google really need to change the option to ZERO stars. This pharmacy really sucks at customer service . I was trying to change from Walgreens on Convent St because they now take years to give you your medications , but at least they’ll give them to you the same day , and this Mejiers will keep you on the phone for hours on hold or won’t even answer you and your call will be lost . When they finally answer you or after you stand in a long line they’ll tell you that your meds are going to be ready the next day because they don’t have it .The waiting on the phone for someone to tell you this is ridiculous as same as the waiting inside the store on the line !!

I’m not sure what has happened!! I use to get meds the same day. Some days you wait 4/5. I’ve currently been on hold for 20 minutes about a medication that I need urgently but guess what?! It won’t be don’t for two days! So I guess I’ll be on the ER racking up a bill just to get the medicine now!
