  Over the past 3 months, my father in law has ordered merchandise online, received notifications that the orders were ready for pickup, only to get there and be told WE CANNOT FIND YOUR ITEM! This happened AGAIN TODAY. Wasted 25 minutes while they looked for his order. Mind you, this has happened 3x in 3 months. Ridiculous. We are so done with online ordering here. It's going to be Lowes or Amazon from now on.

  Order on line often. Went in for pickup today and found who has a less than helpful attitude.
  No one at the pickup desk so I looked in the next room. Found him he told me go stand at the desk then never showed up.

  Employees when asked for help could make you feel like you done know what your talking about even though you are more qualified than they are, otherwise I always find what I need

  I shop Menards quite often & would generally give them 5 stars for product selection & staff, but today pushed me over the edge. I needed a couple 2x8-10', which were located in the shed, 2nd floor in the farthest top bin and stacked high. @ 6', it was all I could do to. Stand on the pile below & wiggle one of those boards enough to get a handle on them. Then, they aren't long enough to drop over the edge & still hold on to them so had to find a random other customer to help me as the yard staff can never be found. I'll be back but very frustrated.

  Purchased a range on 7/16/25. The security guard checking product from the pick up area in the back was really rude. Just stared at us, wouldn’t speak to us at all. Didn’t even check our truck when we left, just rolled her eyes.

  I shop here regularly, so I know where everything is—which makes the trip quick and easy. I was in and out with no hassle, no problems, no long lines or waits. Plus, the parking lot isn’t crowded early in the morning, which is a huge bonus!

  Very upset with this store, the customer service is terrible, I tried to return a lawn mower and first they sent me to two places for inspection, and when I took the report, they told me that they could not refund the money for the mower. My husband and I always shop at Menards and this is the first time this has happened, I just want to remind you that we are the customer!!!!
