Can't get through to talk to someone locally. The line is usually busy or it gets transferred to their call center.What do they do? Take theirs phones off the hook? Very frustrating

The ATM is always out of order, the drive thru is extremely slow and I’m tired of paying a 3.99 “maintenance” fee. You’re a bank, why do I need to pay a fee to have my account “maintained?”

This is the worst bank ever. My mother has a loan with them she paid it off in november but they keep telling her that she owes them money with no explanation.She wrote 2 letters they dont acknowledge. My mom does not do online. I tried to go online and contact them but I had to register and have password I did not want to do that. They wont call her. The customer support line they have 815 937 number is terrible. It was busy today I called them twice and they hung up. I feel this bank does not want to talk to their customers. She wants to go in and talk to someone if someone would answer the phone so she can make a appointment but that is a challenge. Maybe they are closing ? After she figures the mess out she wont be back. We are just going to go their hoping bank is open to the public.

At first when the banks switched from Homestar to Midland there were a few hiccups along the way. However I’ve grown to like Midland, they are very helpful and quick to resolve issues. Today I spoke with Scott and he was beyond helpful. I’ve been dealing with fraudulent activity, and for the first time in the past few weeks I can actually breathe, not only was he able to help he was very informative and kind, it was much needed after endless calls and being placed on hold or call backs. He offered his assistance for future matters and I appreciate his help and that gesture more than he could know! Great job Midland on snagging such a good representative!

Glad to see some others are complaing ive been with them for 5 long years and im going to take my buisness elsewhere it takes toooooooooo long for things to post amongst other things. I didnt have direct deposit for a year because some rude clerk on schuyler told me so they didn't do that (which was baffling) wish i had her name but whatevs.

The times of business is wrong and makes for an inconvenience when the people who have money in the bank cant access it as well as having the atm out of business this is making me want to take my business elsewhere and take my sons savings along with it!!
