Rollies looked like they were made with pizza dough instead of rollie dough. The 1st order was under cooked and the 2nd batch was cooked but looked just as bad. South Shores Monicals in Decatur Il.

I’ve tried mancinos twice now and their pizza is very good, the sauce is the perfect balance of savory and sweet, and the crust is a perfect Chicago style thin crust and is very crunchy!
