Spectacular customer service from people who hi really care. Larry Mentz towing had recommended Randazzos to me & it was a great experience after my daughter's car was damaged while driving south on I 57.They were like another parent to her and helped mitigate her fear and shock from her car being damaged. Very helpful w the insurance co & also helped her get a rental car so she could get on her way.So happy w our experience

I will never bring my car to another body shop. They are it. Fantastic people, fantastic service. I dont know what they did to my car, but its more shiny than when I bought it and looks newer. Once my car was repaired, it actually had an issue as soon as I left due to a cheap aftermarket part my insurance forced them to use, no fault of Randazzos. They immediately came and took a look, apologized profusely, towed the car, and gave me a rental car completely free of charge. They contacted my awful insurance and said they will be putting an OEM part no ifs, ands, or buts. Thank you Randazzos, you have my business if I ever need it again! They should have yours too, I won't recommend anyone else.Services: Body & Trim
