I’ve been gone for a few years but the service is still great! 10/10 recommend! When I say the warmest greeting as soon as I walked through the door I mean it! It made my day! The soft music is really soothing and sets the tone for your experience!! I was so relaxed and I don’t even know what was playing but it was beautiful! Thank you all for being so kind and professional!

Kim rushes when doing nails, Tim does a better job and whoever the other guy is just does a basic job, I told the other guy my nail was crocked and he blamed it on my finger . They like to blame and don’t take accountability. They have bad attitudes, I’m going to look else where for my nails

Warning: Don’t waste your money at US Nails.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, spending $200 every two weeks—yet my nails started popping off like press-ons. I went in calmly to ask what could be done differently, hoping for guidance or solutions. Instead, the owner Kim & Tim got rude, condescending, and flat-out refused to fix them.
Rather than offer professional advice (like suggesting a break or better prep), they doubled down with attitude and dismissed my concerns entirely. I wasn’t rude—I was trying to help them help me.
Their service is unprofessional, defensive, and clearly not worth the money. This is exactly why we need to support businesses that actually value our time and investment.
As someone who has supported them consistently over the past couple of years, this experience was incredibly disappointing. I’m not even sure it’s discrimination, but they clearly don’t have the patience or professionalism to deal with the public. Whether it’s a language barrier or a lack of emotional intelligence, that’s not the customer’s problem.
Save your coins and your patience—don’t go to US Nails

I got my nail and pedicure done here lots of times . The way they do nail really nice, they can do exactly like my pictures or what i ask for
They got good price and good services, the staff here also friendly and helpful. Must come place in town 😀

The nails weren’t bad however the service was… I expected to be met with kindness and respect but was met with neither. I hope in the future they treat customers better than they did me today, I got a full set yesterday and a nail came off within 12 hours. I went in the next morning to get it fixed and was told no it could not be fixed. They were disrespectful and not accommodating at all. I will no longer use them as my nail service.

This place is absolutely disgusting...I have never seen such a dirty place!!!Pedicure stations are nasty and have someone's dead skin all over them!

Lowkey they did such an amazing job and they were all so nice and the prices aren't bad at all. I was a new client and they were extremely nice and very skilled 10/10 would definitely go again.

I had came in like an hour prior to closing and I must say they did mine and my friends nails within like 35 minutes, and didn’t even mess up, ended up exactly how we wanted.

Extremely pricey! Then to top it off I added a $10 tip on my card and when I went to look at the transaction they added a $26 tip instead. I could tell something sketchy was going on because The lady who grabbed my receipt with the tip amount on it turn around and was saying something the my nail tech before entering the amount.

Don’t get me wrong I love my nails, but not for no $90. A French tip with 2 hearts & 2 gems? I was absolutely in shock at the price. When I got in my car I cried because I was mad that I did not ask about the price but I was NOT expecting $90. You can definitely go somewhere else more affordable and get even more designs for a cheaper price. I unfortunately cheated on my nail tech because I had a photo shoot & she couldn’t get me in in time. I will never return here. $90 & I didn’t even get lotion or a hand massage or anything. Price is ridiculous, I should’ve asked more questions about pricing. Never again.

Went with a friend for pedicures and will NEVER be coming back again! The nail tech was very rude right off the bat and being extremely rough! It got to the point where she made me bleed! She kept asking if it hurt and I expressed that it was hurting, she kept going. Then kept storming off and rushed the service to be done with me. Never once apologized! As someone is the beauty industry and does this for a living I’m EXTREMELY disappointed!!!
