“The kindness and grace the staff displayed when our little girl Doxie fell rapidly and gravely ill will never be forgotten. My wife and I were welcomed and our inquiries and opinions were respected. While there were no silver bullets to save her life and we suspect PE or DVT was the final culprit in her passing, the staff gave us the time and space to make our final decision and assist our girl to transition peacefully. The only failing was the overall veterinary care system. If this were a human hospital system, we would have transported ALS or even BLS to an ICU and had her on O2 with steroids to see if she could clear the fluids in her lungs. As it stands, 5 minutes off the O2 and she crashed. A $50 bottle of O2 that you can buy without writing a script was the variable we were missing. Not having it readily available is not a mistake I will make again in this life. Thank you for the doctor's and the techs who gave better care than most humans get.”

“The door to this business is always open and ready for anything. All the veterinarians+plus staff First and Foremost have compassion for your animal. Secondly, they are great at trying to save their patients money! They totally get it !! Costs have gone skyrocket and we see no end in sight. Thank you Kankakee An.Hosp., thank you for all the cost cutting you saved where and when able for our household. We personally love this business as they are exactly what this customer wants! The care/compassion and when available the cost options are All Delivered! Finally to all of "us" "the customers", take your time and stand back and take a look at what health care facility whether you or your pet were there, and Don't we always have a concern when we leave a doctor's office. . ? . ? Here they understand your concerns and here they again will take the time to research your pets situation and then if you still are questioning your pets health then take the time to address those concerns with this staff and they will get you that answer of which you may or may not like and finally you again may you have multiple options in front of you but hopefully you will then find your peace of mind with your pets care. Finally yes, This family loves this business and Veterinarians and Staff!!! “As PETCO goes it is a PETCO..... What sets this one above others is the STAFF! I shop here often to keep my three furry friends happy and healthy.... And the staff here HELP every time..... Having an advanced age Dog I needed to find a suitable food for him.... A thought provoking conversation later sent me out the door with a food to try and after a week my old guy was looking better, smelling better and shedding a few pounds that made the Vet very happy and tell me to "Keep it up"..... Recently I had a grooming question and the manager of that shop walked me through everything I needed to know and even helped me pick out better tools to maintain my guys at home.... They work like a champ, the information she gave me was PERFECT and all three dogs are much happier for it! When the day ends this is the PETCO to stop at when you need advice and assistance.... If they don't know they find out and EVERYTHING they have said to me checks out with my Vet.....”

“Dr. Wegner is amazing as always. She knew instantly from how my fur baby was acting that it was her back. Everyone is so caring and supportive and a family feel. I love South creek animal hospital. Idk if I could trust anyone else with my fur babies. Dr. Coash is also amazing they both helped me with diagnosing and treating my other pups unexpected glocoma. I have 2 pups that have unexpected long term conditions and idk what I would have done with out south creek doctors. The save me time energy and money. I know they will help me through treatment and care that my dogs are well cared for and loved.”
