I can’t say enough GOOD things about this clinic. I came here for ADHD meds after I finally had enough of the office I’ve been going to for 5 years. As a brand new patient, not only was I able to be seen the next day, but the staff were all amazing.I saw Amy Bohland and haven’t felt that listened to by a doctor in I don’t know how long. She heard all my concerns and addressed everything. She even added a medication for me that a doctor the day previously had neglected to provide for my upper respiratory infection. The nurses and front staff were amazing as well. I will be back to this office for so long time to come.By the way, If you speak to others with the same respect and integrity you expect, that gets you a long way.

Poor service all around. The doctors are done at 3, when they are supposed to be open until 430. Kids don't even get off school until 3! So everyone has to work with their schedule, or pay more, and travel further to quick care (which is probably worth it anyway.) Bad vibes, hard to get into, they leave early, and bad bed side manners. You are better off going to coal city, Joliet, or Bourbonnais.

Dr. Passerman did not listen to my health concerns at all. He completely wrote me off & then rushed out of the room. DO NOT recommend.

Appointments with any of the three doctors here are at a 3 week wait constantly. Really good if you need an appointment far in advance for school physicals or if you just need medicine maintenance or blood work. The only person you can see if your sick is the nurse practitioner. I came home from Europe very ill in September and they couldn’t get me in. Luckily I had bloodwork the following week or I wouldn’t have seen a doctor for three and a half weeks. I was again sick in December, I called, but I couldn’t get in to see any doctor, just the nurse practitioner in Dwight. I went to an Emergent Care. They did an X-ray and are treating me for pneumonia. This Emergent Care said to follow up with my family physician in a week, for the pneumonia and something they found on the X-ray of my lower left lung. My husband called Braidwood Medical and explained the situation and asked for an appointment for the follow up. They couldn’t squeeze me in with any of the 3 doctors and offered me an appointment again with the nurse practitioner in Dwight. I’m sure the nurse is quite good, but how sick do you have to be to be seen by your family doctor or an associate doctor in this office? I really like Dr.Thomas and Dr. Passermann, but you’re not going to get in to see any of them unless you can schedule your illness. It’s really disappointing.

The worst doctor I or my children have ever been too. They want people in and out, don’t care much at ALL about what is actually going on.
